Marilyn Wilson, our sales consultant, was absolutely amazing! We live an hour away from the outlet store. Marilyn texted pictures of the different bedroom sets and was in contact with us answering questions. At the store she accommodated us and was.very trusting. We are very pleased with our experience. LOVE the VFM Decorator's Outlet!! I have found so many stylish and unique items for my house, and the prices are fantastic. All of the staff members at the Outlet, especially both Jessica's and Tabitha, are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Customer service and delivery personnel are also top-notch! Can't say enough good things about this place...it is a happy shopping experience!

I set out today to look at multiple places for new furniture. I came here first and had to look no further. I was so impressed with their large selections, fantastic prices, and customer service most of all. Marilyn went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend her as well as Virginia furniture. I will definitely be back in the future.

We had an amazing experience shopping at VFM Our sales person was Reg, and he was extremely professional. He answered questions, made suggestions, but we never felt like we were being pushed into making a decision. We ended up purchasing a chest which they delivered. The two men who brought it were extraordinarily courteous and efficient and professional. We definitely will shop here again.

Sara was awesome - from her greeting, to offering sale info, to knowledge to answer any and all questions and then to her very professional handling of our purchase. She made us feel welcome but not pressured. Also, a great selection to pick from. Definitely a great experience!!

I was greeted by a happy, experienced person when I entered the store. I was there a long time looking. When I needed help I received it promptly and pleasantly. This means a lot. I shop in many stores where a sales clerk is never available to answer my questions or attend to my needs.

I loved what I purchased and I will return again !

I had so much fun looking at all the treasures here. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality selection they offered. Their customer service was spectacular as well. Tabitha was attentive without hovering (perfect). This place will definitely be on my list of favorite places to go!

Excellent value and service. I was greeted at the door by Brandon, who was super helpful and friendly. I have looked at several places for a comfortable reading chair but everything I saw was either really expensive and/or unavailable for several weeks. VFM Decorator Outlet had just what I was looking for at a great price and in stock. I highly recommend VFM!
