I have to say that I came into this store not knowing what to expect. I was just there to upgrade my daughter phone for a Christmas gift. I walked in and Trystin, Josh and Alex took care of me as if I was family. I will never be able to thank the three of them enough. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service!!! I wish I could have walked out and gave them all a gift for the holidays. Please make sure they are recognized for all that they did for me!! Thank you 😊

After going to the awful Worman's mill branch and gotten ignored, I called the Buckeystown location to see if they could help me. I spoke with Joshua and he was very pleasant on the phone. Was able to get there half an hour prior to store closing and I was greeted and helped really quickly. Thank you, Joshua! I definitely would recommend this Tmobile store!

I Went to the TMobile store at FSK mall, I was assisted by Alex and Carlos. From the very first moment they were more than great, very knowledgeable and welcoming. They solved my request, answered all my questions and went above and beyond. They stayed after hours to ensure my request was fully taken care of. Kudos to the staff!

Yo Alex was great! He walked me though everything that I needed to do. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was patient. Overall a well rounded human being. Plus he funny.

Oh my goodness, I came to T-Mobile at fsk mall and the service I received from Michael, Terrell, and Keem, was beyond my imagination. They helped lowered my bill that I have dealt with the online customer service for the past two weeks that they couldn't helped me. If you live in the Frederick area please go to them. They made me stay with T-Mobile because of their awesome service. They went above and beyond. They need a medal.

Staff was very efficient and patient during all my phone issues an data transfers. Out of all the stores in my area, this is the best one. If your ever in Frederick, MD in FSK mall and seeking a phone go by and see Josh or Keem for their honest expert advice!
