ZIPS Cleaners

I always receive great service at this location, so much so that when I lived 35 miles away and even had a location nearby, I would make a trip to this location. Sounds extreme, but I spend a lot of money on my clothes and want them to be treated as such. Not all ZIPS are the same and this location is an example of one that has a higher standard.

So far they have delivered what they promised. Yes, paying in cash is a little bit different given the fact that most of us don't carry any cash but I believe this is to keep their cost down so we can get a better deal and I'm good with that. Plus, they have an ATM at the store. Service is fast and the employees are pretty nice. So far so good!

Zips in Fairfax, (on the corner of Rt.50/29) has some of the best customer service I've experienced. All of the staff is extremely friendly andaccommodating; one particular staff member (Noemi P) is always smiling, professional and courteous. One day when I had an injured knee, and was having a really tough time walking, she came out to the car to grab my clothes for processing; she even took payment and brought the receipt to me, as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I can't express how much I enjoy coming to Zips; this isn't even the closest Dry Cleaner to my home- but it's certainly the BEST. Great value, quality work, and wondeerfu staff. Highly recommend ed.

I LOVE ZIPS! Their in by 9 out by 5 has never failed. They are efficient, well-organized, friendly and my dry cleaning has always come back in excellent condition. Customer for life or retirement, whichever comes first.

I am disabled and walk with a walker and I call and someone comes out to my car and gets my clothes. Great service, friendly staff clothes always look great after they have been cleaned. I

Very consistent dry cleaning, for a good price. "In by 9 out by 5" meaning your dry cleaning is ready by 5 on the next business day or same day if you dropped off before 9am. They automatically send you an email when it's ready, even if it's before 5.

Friendly people. Efficient service. Job done well. Have been using them for more than 5 years now. Any small issues I brought to their attention were attended to very responsively

I take my winter clothes to be cleaned here, as the prices are reasonable, and they do a great job. The people who work there are very professional as well. I'd recommend it to anyone.
