Last Friday I had a package get marked as delivered through tracking, but I had not received it. I spoke to Jesse at the Red Bank Post Office and he was extremely friendly and told me he would look into it.

The following day (Saturday) I received a follow up call from him letting me know they had found the package and that it was just delivered to my box. Sure enough, it was there as soon as I got home and checked.

Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

I'd also like to add that every time I visit the post office here, I have a great experience. I'm always happy to see Kim, super nice guys and he's been really helpful and knowledgeable anytime I've had questions over the years. Same goes for everyone else I've worked with at the main desk, though I can't recall specific names.

We have a great community here in Red Bank, and we're lucky to have a great local Postal branch.

This is my regular post office and I've never had any major logistical issues with my packages. I would like to mention that this is the only post office that I actually look forward to going to because of Kim. He's always friendly and courteous but a few weeks ago, he truly made my day by doing something incredibly kind. He is the best and this post office as well as the residents of Red Bank are lucky to have him!

Idk why this place has a bad rep, I went in for a package that couldn’t deliver which was on route to be delivered wrong again and the young woman there called the carrier and asked him to keep an eye out for it, above and beyond! Thank y’all for all your hard work.

This is specifically for the people who work at the location. They are amazing. Kim is always happy and courteous! He has amazing customer service and is so friendly! I have to go in all the time because my mail carrier refuses to deliver mail (steep driveway and won't leave oversized packages outside the mailbox even though I specifically requested it). But despite not getting my mail at home, Kim makes up for it every time I go in.

Kim for president! Was in a bad mood prior to coming here because I couldn’t find a box to fit my package I was sending off, Kim was very resourceful and found a box for me so I could get my package sent! He was super friendly and professional as always! This post office is always a pleasure to work with, I even travel farther than the one close to my house just to see them! Great folks.

BY FAR the best post office we have every been to! We have an Amazon business, so we go to the post office every day. We moved recently from Florida, and have now established our business here in the 37415. Kim, and Kyle go above and beyond to help us with every question, and transaction. We have traveled with our business as well, and have never experienced the level of personal attention and OUTSTANDING customer service that this Red Bank USPS provides. We are thrilled that this is our new home post office!

I always get exceptional service here. Wait times are hit or miss, but the line usually moves quickly enough. My favorite clerk always makes me smile.

A lot like any other post office: underfunded, understaffed, bound to wait in line for at least a few minutes. But what makes this location different is Kim! He is so friendly and personable and makes the process a lot smoother.

The workers here are super friendly and always helpful. I ship packages a lot and I really enjoy seeing them. Very efficient as well

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at the Red Bank Post Office and with the carriers that deliver my mail to my home. I've never seen them be rude or unfriendly to any patron even if the line is long or it's near closing The staff I've dealt with are always efficient and courteous to me & take time to answer any questions I may have. Having been raised in a small town, I appreciate having a local branch nearby that still has a hometown feel .

The people who work at the post office are kind and efficient when you go in to drop off a package or get stamps. There is often a line and the customers aren't always friendly, but the employees are still professional.

Great staff, we are moving soon and I hate to loose this location Kim and Kyle are amazing employees and a true asset to your company. We ship several packages daily and have never had a problem with the full time employees (also Stephanie that fills in from time to time is a sweetheart

Excellent customer service. We receive prompt, timely home deliveries and some of the carriers even leave treats for my pup. The employees in the office are always professional and friendly as well.

Kim is awesome! Really professional, courteous, and a joy to interact with. I have seen him handle a number of people I would consider to have been disrespectful and impatient, but he never once let it phase him. Great post office.

I travel for work, I have shipped thousands of packages over the years at different USPS locations. Kim is the most helpful and spirited person I have encountered at any USPS location.
I drive out of my way to go to this location because of Kim.

Kim did a fantastic job today. He was the only one working at the counter. It was past close and the line was out the door. He was friendly and got us out quick!
