This is a great store! I even secretly enjoy it as much as my spouse, but he will never know. Prices are unbeatable and most of their tools have a lifetime guarantee. My husband has used this service plenty of times with zero hesitation or questions. The employees are incredibly sweet and remember us when we stop in. 1000% recommended.

Update Jan 2024. If you purchase frequently enough you should seriously consider the Inside Track Club. Your membership gets you some extra discounts and sales that are unadvertised and unavailable to the general customer.

Fairly new location, at the time of this review, so very clean. Good prices for many products. I have a great deal of their items. If you subscribe to their email you will frequently get coupons that give 20% off & usually 3 different items for free with a purchase. I have found their metal jigsaw & Sawsall blades to be horrible, teeth strip off immediately. Circular blades for table saws, miter saws, & skill saws have worked great. Frequently they will have sidewalk, parking lot & other sales. They have rotating normal sales on a weekly basis that features specific items for as typically 40-50% off but sometimes more or less.

The free items they used to offer in the fliers and app are a lot less frequent but still many good deals to be had. Really appreciate their no hassle exchange policy when something breaks, within the return date anyway.

I love harbor freight. Its my go to anytime i need to improve my toolbox. You can find pretty much everything from a car horn to a spray reservoir for your backyard. And the best part if it is that it will be way cheaper than any other place you can go. Cheap but still quality, everything i bought there is surviving time and use. Also during this crazy time they always supported the front line and since my wife is a nurse i highly respect that. They stopped selling masks and gloves during the crises to sent them to who needed it the most. Thank you!

The store was clean and welcoming. The workers were very friendly and eager to assist in any way possible. It was particularly nice today as there was no crowd.

Have the very best of the Best Prices on tools and even tho there cheap they are actually very good on quality on most tools there recently I picked up a 7/8s 02 Sensor Socket there it was only $7.99 and online and everywhere else was $24 plus dollar at any store and 15$on Amazon or ebay etc!! So u just can't Beat the prices here I will be back and I will recommend here to anyone in search of tools !!

Went to Harbor Freight with my husband over the weekend. We waited for someone to check stock in the back for a paint gun, and they apparently forgot about us for a while. But, because they were out of stock when there inventory showed 3 in-house, they gave us a huge discount on the next best choice. Very nice staff (wish I knew his name). He sold me on Harbor Freight!

I love this little place. Its a good place to go for stuff like screwdrivers, screws, and hammers and it doesn't overwhelm you if your a lady. Its always clean and the staff are really nice. I even got a free LED flashlight with my purchase. They also have great prices and sales. If you sign up for the email you get coupons and promotions and you even receive more off your purchase. Worth a visit.

I have had good experiences with franchise in general, but the other day I had a small issue with a product and found that the floor manager, Andy, provided a fantastic customer service experience. Something that might created a lot of hassle and red tape at one of the other big box stores, was expediently and efficiently handled. Excellent customer service.

Great staff always friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on US General 5 drawer tool cart. The tool cart is great and will save you lots of money compared to other brands. I always spend to much money every time I go in there .
