I went in to purchase a gallon of paint. I had my two boys (ages 5 & 2) with me. Casey was so friendly and helpful. She helped me pick out the right type of paint for the room I was painting. And she indulged my boys and explained every step of the process of how she mixes the paint and all my 5 year olds many questions. I always appreciate any employee who goes out of their way when I am shopping with two young children.

My husband and I have been looking for a new fridge. We finally made up our minds and truly believe that it was devine intervention that we went back to this Home Depot today because we met Roger in appliances! What an incredible human being this man is!

In just a few minutes, he’d captured our hearts. We shared some life stories and learned so much about Roger all while talking & learning about refrigerators and warranties! We’ve never had a more memorable experience! All because of the most awesome 84 year old Home Depot associate! Keep on doing what you do, sir! You are a GREAT and make this store even better!!!

This is my favorite Home Depot. Steve Underwood has been the GM here for years and runs a great store. Very organized and really helpful people.

What a terrific buying experience!
This kind human, Roger, was so patient with my husband and I while we looked for exactly what we wanted/needed.
We lost everything in a house fire, May 2023, and was looking to replace our appliances.
However, we got home and realized we didn’t present our coupon for 12mos-no interest, and we were genuinely concerned.
We went back to the store and spoke with Mgr Jessica (who was also VERY kind and helpful) who directed us to the right associate to get this fixed for us!
Ashley ❤🙏🏻 took the problem straight to the top!
While on the phone with Tyo in the credit dept, the two of them not only applied our coupon, but doubled it instead!
We now have 24mos to pay for our new
Refrigerator/Stove/Microwave/Freezer interest free!
That’s awesome teamwork, that’s OUR Home Depot!

they had a really good selection of Christmas trees artificial.

Home Depot please improve your west coast stores!!! This so was very well done, California stores are no where near this nice

If you're needing help find a man named Simon!! He was the best and sweetest man I have ever cam across!! His above and beyond hel was fantastic!! He also had lil candy in his pocket he gave my daughter and I also it was a rememberal day all thanks to the great man named SIMON!!

Employees are friendly and helpful, store well organized, easy to find items. They carry just about everything you need for your home and repairs.

The customer service desk at the Hixson Home Depot is second to none. I called about a warranty issue with a product I had bought. I was given an acceptable answer and thought I would have to return the item to the manufacturer. A few minutes later, my phone rang, and it was Gail from customer service. She had made a mistake with the dates and I still had one day on my warranty. I took the item to the store, and it was replaced with no hassles. Gail deserves employee of the year in my book. I can't thank her enough.

Steve Underwood is an excellent GM and a excellent Boss to work for along with the other store managers

Always there is someone to answered and to help you for what you need. You won't hear from their associates answering like I'm new, may be over there, I never seen this or I can't not help you on this.

While at the Hixson Tn. store, I lost my wallet. It was found by the customers/ crew members. Put in a vault, and kept safe until I figured it out and called them. I got it back intact.
Of course I can't thank them enough! Awesome people in Hixson ,Tn!

It’s time for just a little gardening and they have thousands of plant. I just picked up two tomato plants, some fertilizer for them, and a cage to guide their growth. I just entered the nursery entrance and everything I needed was literally within just a few steps. I gathered my items and, helped by the friendly associate, checked out, with my entire time spent was less than 10 minutes. My kind of shopping. Of course, it helped that I was able to use the Home Depot app to peruse the items I was interested in, and that certainly sped up my trip. Very happy with my experience.

Went to Home Depot to search for paint and a new door handle for my new front door. I'd already looked online and went to the section that I needed to be in. Someone actually came up to us to ask us if they could help us. Most other places you go to, you need to hunt down somebody to get any kind of help. Very much appreciated. The lady in the paint department was very busy but very helpful at the same time. We got what we needed, maybe there was a little bit of extra wait in getting our paint but I would recommend.

They have quality Nails and screws.. Picked up some rags there once too. They have nice buggies some real sweet carts..

I love Home Depot! The associates are always pleasant and helpful. If they see you’re looking around for something they always ask if you need help and they’re always quite knowledgeable. I love how in the self checkout lanes there’s always an associate offering some assistance with ringing up my items. Thank you!

Looking for a freezer for our patio, the lady paged for help, but never showed up. A nice lady from the blind department kindly helped us. It was raining so we decided to wait till Saturday to buy. Home Depot will get our order solely because of Kim Morris the lady from blinds.

The staff is always super helpful and very nice. I only shop here for my home improvement needs.

Mary and Ernad are some of the best customer help representatives on this side of Tennessee.

Story: I had an issue with one of my DIY projects because of a screw mishap and needed get through the finish on the project. Well, I didn't have a drill handy, so i thought home depot would be kind enough to help me out. I rode about 20 minutes to this store and asked if I could borrow a drill to put in one screw for the project; I brought the project with me. Ernad was quick to say "of course" and rushed to get me a drill with the proper bit while Mary stayed at her desk. Mary, like a person began to take interest in the project, and had a wonderful discussion while effortlessly helping customers around her. We got the one screw in within 10 minutes. It made my day a lot easier as the home depot that actually does tool rentals is all the way in Hamilton place (an extra 30 minute drive). I will be returning to this store to buy tools in the future as i know the staff cares not only for a paycheck but for the people who shop as well.

They always have what I need.
