I can always find what I'm looking for there and more. Was looking everywhere for a cute little plant stand and also found my favorite plant. On the way out I remembered I needed to have keys made. Love the do it yourself key machine.

Great friendly customer service & P.R. (has organic diatomaceous earth, was looking for food-grade), helped me findout where i could find food-grade diatomaceous earth, he definitely deserves a raise & bonus (great person to hire).

Bruce is the only reason that this Lowe’s is getting a five star! We went to the front and asked for help. We waited 15 minutes in the lawnmower department went back to customer service. They paged again waited another 15 minutes and still no help. There were about six employees who walked past us, and even some who walked around the corner, saw us and turned around! I finally walked to the appliance area, and there was Bruce, with a very happy smile on his face, and happy to help me, even though it was not his department! he was very helpful with the whole purchase of a lawnmower, and ended up purchasing a freezer from him!
This is definitely one employee that needs to be praised, and he even said that when we come back, they would be happy to help us in any way that he could! Again…..THANK YOU! BRUCE!!!

I love this store, the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. My last purchase was a few appliances and Fenil Patel was very helpful and kind, helping me decide what would best fit our needs.

The delivery service used to delivery our stove was very professional and cautious of personal space in our home to keep from any accidents during installation. The delivery team were Adrian & Justin. They were polite, friendly and quick to get the job done. They deserve the praise.

Gordon was awesome! He helped me find the best wood topper for my workbench that I built, and then he cut it for me precisely. He saved me a lot of time and my workbench looks great.

Corey (Correy?) was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with my crown moulding purchase. I had a specific use case and he was quick to understand it and provide a solution. He went above and beyond in assisting me and his expertise allowed me to finish my project much earlier than expected and at a much higher quality than anticipated. Thank you, Corey!

Thank you to Steven in flooring for the great help with carpeting. I needed a few runners to protect my floor during remodeling and he suggested carpet in strips because there weren't any runners available

We looked around the store for a while enjoyed that,,then picked up what we ordered, it was fast and easy, friendly people that work there. Very awesome experience all around !!!

Kristen in customer service is absolutely great. She answered our questions and was very informative. We are so thankful for her help.

The lady in flooring was a beast! Diane was a trooper also! She took a lot of extra time and pains to help us with a particular item. She was happy to serve and my wife and I wound up making a friend.😊

I’ve had a lot of negative experiences at this Lowe’s (multiple shipments being incorrect, missing pieces, and damaged) but Lowe’s new employee Michael was so incredibly helpful today, going above, and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, that it nearly erases all of those bad experiences. I hope he gets recognized for his kindness and helpfulness, and gets a raise or promotion!

Kudos to Marty for assistance with assembly of lawnmower purchased and found to have epoxy/ bolt issue. Replaced by Marty without delay and appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

Great store with a very friendly and helpful staff. As a Veteran, I also appreciate the discount.

I would like to thank every single wonderful associate I've ever dealt with at this location. Y'all are phenomenal from the front to the back.

But on this particular review, I want to give my shout out to Ky in customer service. She's helped me 3x prior to this last visit. Before I brought my machine inside this last trip, I deliberately stuck my head in through the door to make sure Ky was there. If she had not have been there, I was going to come back another day.

BTW, I bought this machine at a Lowe's 2hrs away, so they were really dealing with a different location's thing.

All cust svc agents I've dealt with are wonderful, but Ky has been the one to help me since my first trip a month ago. Ky already knew the backstory, so I didn't have to explain it all to a new person. Plus, Ky is just straight up awesomesauce.

Next I would like to thank manager Evan. After less than a 30-second private conversation between those two, Evan looked at me and said, "We are gonna do you right today!!"

And they sure did. To a degree that left me utterly speechless. KUDOS!!!

I managed award-winning hotels for years, and these two handled this situation as good as myself & my team would have. Absolutely outstanding outcome that I did not expect. When I say they went above & beyond, I'm not being facetious in the least.

Lastly, I would like to thank the very kind floor guy named Austin. I had taken a flat cart back to the aisle where my type of machine was located and even though the box was just barely over my head, I was standing there I reckon with my mouth hanging open. I had caught a brief glance of a Lowe's employee go past the very far end of my aisle.

Next thing I knew, that same employee had backed-up to the far end of my aisle and yelled down DO YOU NEED SOME HELP????

Boy I sure did. Lol. My face must've shown it all.

And I could tell by the brisk walking pace he had the first time he passed my aisle that he was already on a mission or five.

But he put all those other things he had to do on hold for 60-seconds to scoot down to my location and help me load that box onto my cart.

Only a certain type of top notch employee does things like that. Most would've just kept on going about their business without backing up. To me, that is spectacular.

We had the best employee in the Doors and Windows section yesterday. Zack Wilson was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful picking just the correct windows for our old, odd sized kitchen windows. He went above and beyond calling the manufacturer twice to make sure the information was just right.
If all employees were like him, what a wonderful experience for everyone. Thanks Zack at the Hixson Hwy 153 store!

5 stars for Michelle! We purchased wood flooring and we needed 2 more boxes so the contractors sent me to the store to pick up more. I was informed there was a shortage of help in the flooring department so there was a delay in getting help to purchase the boxes. The boxes were loaded on a flatbed cart and at that point I asked if I could get some help to load into my truck. Upon checking out, I was told they called to get help for me but wasn’t sure if someone was available. I waited for a while and concerned that I wasn’t going to get any help to load into my truck. At this point I probably appeared a little stressed. Fortunately, Michelle approached me and asked if I needed help. She told me “we can do it together”. Thank you Michelle for going out of your way to help me! Your kindness was appreciated!!

A big shoutout to Christina, Isaac, and Dylan from Lumber at the Lowe's Hixon Tn store yesterday. They went above and beyond with helping me with my deck project. Christina was personable, friendly, and helped me get signed up for a business credit card so we can make our purchases work for our business. Isaac and Dylan helped me pick out my lumber for me. As a 4' 11" lady recovering from surgery, I truly appreciated their hard work lifting the wood pieces so I can put it in my lumber cart for my order. I would've posted this on a survey but I could not find a link. I hope this makes its way back to them because they are the reason I choose Lowe's over Home Depot every time. Fantastic customer service and their hardworking people.
