I really shouldn't come in here. I spend way too much time and money here, and I appreciate the educator discount so much! Every staff member I've encountered has been so sweet and helpful! ❤

Great location for Michael's. Not all of the staff is as "informed" as you might like one to be when asking a question involving art supplies but you can usually find someone knowledgeable with little effort. In contrast, everyone there is friendly and helpful and the store is organized despite ever-changing corporate planograms and point of sale merchandising changes being made constantly. The prices seem comprable to any other hobby related retailer I'm familiar with. Also Michaels website makes it easy to find things in the store as well as online. Love the to Michaels in the Chattanooga area the Hixson location is my favorite. I would check it out if I were you.

I love to go here. They were in the middle of remodeling my favorite area. Which is the Gel Pen area. There was a mess of course and the pens were in spots that weren't priced correctly. So I got up to the register and I didn't have enough money.

I love this place and I'm a rewards member so I get plenty of deals and discounts. I always go here for my crafting needs

I love shopping at this Michael's location. The staff is very nice and helpful. They usually have a great selection of items and I also enjoy just browsing here too.

Great service. I was having trouble with my rewards program and even calling the 800 number got me nothing but frustrated. The evening manager took care of it will a phone call in less than 5 minutes. She even had me log into my account on their computer to make sure everything was right. Awesome

Although the yarn section is a bit smaller and less varied than other Michael's stores I visit, I am able to find mostly everything I need at this location. Staff is always helpful, courteous and not looking over your shoulder. The displays are always updated and really entice me into buying everything haha. Thank you for having all the crafty items I need/want 😊

Great store! A good selection for a smaller store! I do wish they'd have a bit more variety, though. They don't have a lot of embroidery or soldering tools, which is a bit disappointing. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have great coupons and sales, all the time. Definitely recommend checking it out.

I've always had a great experience at this store, but I had one of the BEST experiences over the weekend. The store was extremely busy, and the manager actively engaged with everyone in the store. I was asked if I needed help, and he thanked me for coming in. I also heard him thank the employees when they helped him with something. His enthusiasm was contagious, and I could see this positive energy reflected in the other employees in the store. The manager even hopped on a register when the line was getting long. It's always a good feeling when you walk into a store and experience a good energy, happy employees, and a manager that's hands on in constructive and positive way.

The cashier was friendly and the store was clean. I’m not too familiar with the layout as I don’t frequent this location often so I had to find what I was looking for. They had some colors of glitter that I didn’t have and hadn’t seen in the Hamilton Place location. I’ll visit more often, just to see what they have different from my usual store.

I enjoy shopping here. Very clean store, well organized. It's easy to find what you're looking for. They carry pretty much all of the crafting supplies I shop for. No long lines. And it's in a great area if you wanna get a lot of your errands out of the way quickly.

The store was clean and well organized. I was able to find what I was looking for easily and grabbed a few items that were 70% off. There were a number of 50-60% off items available too. The clearance section was nicely stocked with a lot of great deals. The staff was friendly. I was asked if I needed help and she chatted with me for awhile. Other staff members said hi. The sale items were clearly labeled making them easy to find and see the cost. I would recommend this crafting store for any diy-er.
