Panera Bread

This is my favorite Panera location, in Hixson off of 153.
The front end customer service ladies are so kind and attentive.
One of the ladies there (works up front/Cashier) she's been there a few years and knows Everything Panera 👍😂
I recommend their Madagascar Vanilla Latte (hot) and both the Asiago Cheese Bagel 🥯 toasted w/regular Cream cheese And their Cinnamon & Sugar Bagel toasted w/Walnut Cream Cheese.
Oooooooo YUMMMMM
And for a treat,, their Lemon 🍋 Cookie. (I always save it for later)

We went here around 5 on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very crowded. The staff were kind and helpful and our order (4 people ) was out in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant and bathrooms was clean and the food was delicious. We also have been through the drive through here as well which was just as quick and efficient. It makes me sad seeing some reviews for this location aren’t the best but my experience was great! The size of the salads are massive! Sandwhiches are a good size too and the bakery items are delicious! I also like how many fresh drink options there are including various types of teas and lemonades. The only thing I would improve was the price! Menu items are expensive but probably worth the price for fresh ingredients, but drinks are like 3 dollars for a small! Way overpriced!

I will just come straight out and say I love Panera. It's my special treat that I grant myself once in a while.
I thought it would be wise to order ahead on the app and save some time. I noticed a new feature that you can pick your order up at the drive thru window. Brilliant! I can save even more time!

It took no less than 20 minutes to reach the speaker to let them know I had an order for pick up and another 15 minutes to reach the window.
She handed me my bag and the whole process of ordering, waiting on line and getting my order only took 35 mins.
Don't get me wrong. I'll be going back to Panera. I just won't ever use the drive thru again. Lesson learned.

Good customer service, consistently meeting customers' expectations. Great customer service that I found helpful,quick, easy, and personalized, this company that deliver excellent customer service take the time needed to understand the needs of their unique brand. When I think of my next sweet treat I think of Panera bread and I will be spreading the word to the far corners of the the city limit this location rocks.

We ordered a family meal online and picked up in the store. It was delicious and actually fed us all day long when we were stuck indoors. Just what we ordered - no problems. We will do this again soon. It was great.

I ordered a pick up from the wrong store. The manager on duty at the Hixson location was extremely helpful and understanding of my mistake. She was so sweet….she even gave me a free cup of coffee. Best service ever!

I met our pastor for a chat. Food was good, we enjoyed the place.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Alyssa for being so awesome this morning!! I had a slight inconvenience and she went above and beyond to make me happy. I usually come for my free sip club drinks but I will definitely be back more often than I am now!

This was my first visit.. my soup and sandwich was absolutely to die for!!!

This place is comfortable to meet friends, eat some dinner, fellowship and have our Bible Study. We have our regular spot, the music isn't to loud and we can talk, hear the study and answer the questions.

They had a lot of new hires so not fair to knock them, and after being in food service since '84 I know the training during rush time. I like Panera, good food, I enjoy the coffee..

The bagel and coffee I ordered here was good. The prices of some items were a little pricey. I don't like to pay $5 or more for a breakfast sandwich. The bagels aren't bad in price and size, so that's what I chose. The salads look good but small in portion size. They give a healthy size bowl of soup.

I was unable to use a gift card when ordering online, because it didn't come with a pin. The manager refunded my order and transfered the order to the gift card when I came to pick it up. In the middle of the rush hour, he was responsive, quick, and kind! So was the cashier who helped.

Love Panera! It’s a bit of a wait sometimes but hey, it isn’t fast food and it’s worth it! Alicia and Sophie are amazing!

Very friendly atmosphere love the bagels, salad,sandwiches, and soups. They have a variety of drinks also
