Dunkin'

Besides once, I come here after working a long 12 hour shift overnight and have my dogs in two during their morning walk. We sit outside. Staff from day 1 made me and my pups feels so welcome. I was very satisfied and impressed while I watched the staff work. They were all on each other's side, working as a team. During the hours I am there, it's always a rush time and they are focused and communicating professionally with each other, as well as with the guests. For myself, they made sure that I found what I wanted and let me take my time as I tried to count my money 10 times (reacclimating after 12 years abroad) :) No matter how busy I tend to be more thoughtful and take a little more time to confirm I am getting the order right, but they never make me feel rushed, and always keep me feeling welcome. Such a hospitable place. They say they are short staff and I know that they are the ones that are taking the brunt of that, not the customers. I hope they are valued by their management and corporate, they deserve to be. Even when I am thinking not to walk the extra distance there in the morning, I keep in mind the friendly atmosphere and how good I feel when I leave, and how fresh everything is from the coffee to the sandwiches and it gets me over there every time. The lobby has always been clean and organized when I go in too.

When I tell you, I will never go to another coffee shop again. After ordering from this specific Dunkin I’m not lying this Duncan has been so thorough, so friendly, so nice every time I pull up (I normally order through the drive-through because I’m always in a rush) They always have the happiest most bubbly personalities I have ever seen on any kind of fast food worker. Everything about this Dunkin is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend so next time you’re in the area and you see this little dunkin pull through and just order anything on the menu everything is made to perfection every time.

P S. If you are a macchiato lover, like I am try my order: large iced macchiato with light ice, two pumps, caramel, two pumps, vanilla, and optional a pump of simple sugar. My go to

Employees are always always nice coffee is fresh and happy hour at 4 pm can’t beat the prices! Nice team members love happy hour 4-6pm daily save a lot on beverages

Same great experience as always at this DD. Especially was impressed with Gladys whom helped me situate my order that had been delayed (at no fault to the employees) in an extremely friendly and professional manner. One of the many reasons I shall be returning to this particular Dunkin.

This store always has fresh doughnuts and coffee. The one closer to my house i am constantly disappointed. It’s worth the drive.

Coffee is usually fresh but when ya go through the drive thru seems like my order is always incorrect so I have to park n go inside But these young kids they have workin are snooty rude n DNT follow direction very well since my ☕ is always incorrect I always get 2 Sugars & 9 cream (yes I like my coffee light brown) but I always get 9 Sugar n 2 Cream 🤦🏽 Again they don't care to listen DD has went down hill lately but still my fav coffee shop

Great location, my Monday morning ritual! It's not the closest to me but best Dunkin around . Staff is friendly and orders are quick and accurate. Store is always clean. Definitely recommend.

Drove thru. No other cars in sight. Faceless voice in machine was Very helpful as I had not been to a DD for about 30+ years... I ended up with a frozen coffee of all the new fangled things and a fresh boston cream donut. What's not to like. Window lady was patient, kind, and pleasant. Fine experience. 🙂

Create Donuts! Staff is very friendly. And if you're a T-Mobile customer you get $2 to spend there every Tuesday. What more could you ask for?

Service was excellent as the gal waiting on me went above and beyond to assist with the order.

I went through the drive thru and needed help using my points on my app. The manager along with 3 different staff members helped me. The atmosphere was great. All the staff had smiles on their faces and had great energy. Food and drink made perfectly. This is my favorite Dunkin

This Dunkin' is the BEST and the customer service is always amazing. I recently had an issue with a mobile order (it was my fault) and they were so kind about it. Chuck, who is usually working the counter in the morning, is always so friendly and goes above and beyond. I can't say enough great things about this location. Thanks for all that you guys do!

I will drive out of my way every single day to come to this Dunkin' Donuts. I absolutely love the staff very professional. I come so much they already know my order even if my husband comes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks for the donut donation to Ormond elementary on donuts for dads day...... couldn't have been fresher if we came ourselves. You guys are always my go to location for my favorite coffee. 👍👍👍

Great location! They are very busy but always get the job done and are so friendly. It’s impressive. Usually accurate but if there is any mistakes (hey, it happens!) they are always quick to fix it! I come here every day and always greet me :)

Love love love this one! They always have friendly faces. Chuck is the greatest every time!! They’re great with getting orders right , and almost once a month the customers themselves have a pay it forward going on for miles.

I'm 71 and grew up in Pennsylvania where the only coffee shop chain was Dunkin Donuts. Period! 60 years ago I liked their donuts and I still do! AND I'll take DD coffee over that "other" big chain any day if the week...but I like to 'buck' the trend. 😉
Great hot and iced coffee drinks and if you haven't ever tried any of their breakfast sandwiches, you should; they're really good! And I like their little hash browns. They have actual flavor compared to McD's or BK
