Pepper's Mexican Grill and Cantina

This is an amazing place. We came here mainly because it seemed like chips and salsa were included. Some places around the area do not have it included so this was a draw to us. We had to wait at the door for about 10 minutes because they were busy. Don't let this deter you. They had so many options that I have not seen other places before, the food was so delicious. I loved both mine and my boyfriends meal. The portion sizes were very very generous. We made it two meals with the unlimited chip refills. The salsa was fresh, spicy and good. The service was so quick we did not have to wait for chip or drink refills. The sweet tea was fantastic. We were hesitant to come here at first because the reviews were negative about the bathrooms. But the whole facility was clean and as it should be. I highly recommend.

Got seated right away, the server was friendly and helpful! Had the Margaritas - classic and then at the servers suggestion a frozen mango, it was delicious! All the food came out very quickly (we went late so it wasn't super busy) and everyone liked what they had.

We dined in and ordered the chicken and the steak fajitas, along with a stawberry and a guava house margarita. Our server Johnathan had our food to us within 10 minutes of ordering. He was very courteous and checked on us a few times during our meal to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend and would eat here again when we're back in the Ormond Beach area!

Since my initial review in May 2023, we have been back 3 times. The food always comes out fast, the margaritas are always on point, and the service is always excellent! We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it.

The food and service were excellent! This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been too and the portions are giant! My mom and I were able to share an Especial Dinner and still managed to have leftovers. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly, and we had chips and salsa on our table as soon as we sat down. You have to try the queso fundida, a delicious cheese dip served flaming hot (literally!), and the fried ice cream. And the prices were great! Everything was incredible!

They have a lunch menu..$6.99 items. We chose our meals from the main menu. Most entrees around 12.99 -15.99 average. Salsa was very fresh and delicious. Next time we visit the Daytona beach area,we will be eating here again!!

Went for dinner here this eve. Menu had wide assortment to choose from. Food was excellent, service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet but nicely decorated. Would return my next trip this way.

We love the house margaritas! We haven't had any food we don't like. Everything is pretty darn good. Recently we've tried the torta, birria tacos, loaded fries, and fajitas. I wouldn't hesitate to order those again. Our server was great. Note, there is a lot more parking in the back.

This is a late review. I visited Pepper's Mexican Grill and Cantina on 11-02-2020. I had the Nacho Supreme with shrimp, chicken, and steak...delicious!

I love Don Peppers. Best Spanish food around for sure. Their Fajitas are awesome and I love their taco salad. Service is always nice and food is quick !

First things first… 20 different kinds of 100% Agave Tequilas makes this the ONLY place in Ormond Beach / Daytona Beach that I can GUARANTEE Tequila Lovers will be in heaven. Clearly… The best Mexican Food and Tacos are here and Margaritas are the Happy Hour Theme Todos los Dias!

Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Ormond Beach. Our server Paola gave us an outstanding customer service and the quality of the food was excellent. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I am a local. I have been there many times. The people who work there- are always super nice. The beer( 2 for 1 all day/night) is always Cold and smooth. The Food is excellent and very affordable. I typically get the Three Enchiladas or Three Burritos-plus a side of rice and beans for $11.99. Best deal on Beach 🏖 side. Also- it is a nice place to sit at bar and watch sports- plus eat complimentary Chips and Salsa. The place is amazing!!

Best of the best! My favorite Mexican in Daytona Beach so far. Waiters were awesome. Food came quickly. Food was delicious. Loved the selection of coffee. They had decaf! Highly recommend!

Food was excellent we went for lunch and they had great lunch specials our services was great everyone was very friendly and I got a free back to school book bag for my friend son🥰 we definitely will come back

Was graving Mexican while in the area. They did not disappoint. Resturant was only a few minutes up the road from our hotel in Daytona Shores. The atmosphere was nice. The authentic Mexican feeling. Our server was prompt, courtesy, and helpful. The food came out very quick and tasted great.

Food was some of the best Mexican food I’ve had. Service was the best. Server made fresh guacamole which was amazing. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised. Parking lot only had about 3 cars but open sign was lit. Thought food was not up to standards so only a few people stopped in. Service was fantastic and food tasted great. Food was properly prepared and was delivered to table fast. Server was very friendly and professional. Will definitely return.

For sure a good buy. Cheap food. Delicious I had a ribeye and was shocked at how t meet it was. Food gets a big 10/10 and service was great too. Kids loved it and wife. Shrimp were juicy. The steak really surprised me.

We ate here two days ago and the food was fantastic! Very authentic Mexican food. Great service and prices. We will probably eat here again before heading back to Idaho.
