Outback Steakhouse

I came to Outback for dinner one evening on vacation with my wife. I had a certain expectation going in, and it wasn't bad, but the bar was set in my mind. This facility far exceeded those expectations. From the waitress Celeste who made sure we were happy to the cooks and staff. The food was hot and fresh. We would go again. This facility is doing things right. Thank you.

Went for $13.99 Mon-Fri early-bird special and had steak and shrimp off menu and wasn’t disappointed. Scott, the server, was very friendly and quick with his service. Food was delicious. Would gladly go again.

We had a great experience here last night. Our waiter, Jason was fantastic and provided a great dinning experience. The food was delicious and the manager Ashley engaged with the customers. Being locals we really appreciated having such a great place to eat so close to our house. Thank you!

Jason is amazing. He always treats me like royalty when I walk in. He knows I’m dining by myself and never treats me any differently than a 20 person table. The food is always good as well. Thank you 🙏 for the service.

Theresa was so sweet! She was very personable and engaging, and she made sure every detail of our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Each of our meals was excellent, perfectly cooked and packed with mouth-watering flavor. We made a call ahead with a friendly hostess and only had a short (5-10 minute) wait time to be seated. And even as the dining room filled up, our table was still checked on frequently to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Together, the staff, the meal, and the atmosphere made for a lovely evening, one that ensured that we will be returning for another exceptional experience!

If you’re going to spend money, this is a great place to spend it. Their servers are professional. They’re fast they even remember your name when you come back I usually get the 22 ounce ribeye which is called the outlaw. There’s not a better steak in town it’s tender it’s juicy. I eat one every month. Lots of protein, I don’t go to any other steakhouse

The new Celeste or Harvey (I think) was the bomb. She was the best! She offered us dine rewards and a blooming onion. Never have I seen a manager go above and beyond. She checked back on us multiple times and made sure our dining experience was perfect! Definitely will be coming here again to see her! Thanks so much.

When I first entered the restaurant and get Grace the hostess was absolutely amazing and very very accommodating. Then my server Todd was over the top he been over backwards to meet all my special needs because I do have some special food requirements. You have two very wonderful staff members and should recognize them if you give raises give them one

Sarah was literally the best waitress I've had at an outback, I've been to literally one in every state, and can say without a doubt that she paid more attention to my needs than anyone throughout the country. I truly appreciated how she checked on me all the time and made sure I didn't need anything else. Hell she knew when I was done eating asked if I wanted dessert, I was stuffed
and brought me a boxwith my check. Truly an enjoyable experience, definitely will be back while I'm in town.

My wife and I visited the Outback in Ormond Beach on Saturday December 16. The weather- rainy and windy. But the atmosphere inside the restaurant- warm and comforting. Our server, Todd, promptly greeted us and efficiently checked on us throughout our visit. Our meals were perfect, and Todd made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Our compliments to him, his manager, Ashley, and the entire staff! We’ll be back again soon!

Had a great interaction with Stacy the manager and Mishima she was server! They were both amazing and will ask for them in the future! Good was fresh and wow. Can’t say enough!!!’

I always have such a pleasure to dine at this Outback, our server, Theresa was awesome. She was attentive and friendly during this whole experience. Hopefully we’ll be able to catch her as our server again!

Had a great time at my birthday dinner! Theresa took very good care of us and the owner stopped by twice to check on us and wish me a happy birthday. Gluten free dining is never easy when you travel and tonight we were so impressed with Michael the kitchen manager and Maricette our server who went absolutely above and beyond to assure our meal was safe for each of us including gluten free, seafood allergy and alpha gal allergy… nearly impossible but they did it well! The service was excellent and attentive! Our experience even at the very end of a shift was awesome. The honey mustard vinaigrette was delicious and house made along with the yummy ranch! We finished our meal with fresh strawberries and butter cake with ice cream. After an extremely tiring day driving to Florida the team at Outback Ormond Beach made a great end to the day. Highly recommend this location!

Edited to add even though shrimp was served undercooked tonight on a second visit, the management made it right with replacement. Server extremely attentive and could not have been better spoiled by service! This Outback location always brings out allergen meals delivered by a manager as an extra precaution—a very nice touch!

Excellent dining experience tonight!!! Our overall visit to the OB location was fabulous!!! Many thanks to Cassidy, the friendly hostess who greeted us to Michael our server, who was super nice and attentive and got everything right for us. Food was well timed and tasted great and Alex the restaurant manager who brought us our bloomin onion and was so nice and made sure we were well taken care of. Lots of happy compliments to go around and really excited for our next dine in visit here!

Wow we chose to eat at Outback Steakhouse and let me tell you, the service provided by Celeste was so out of this world, I thought I had been transported to another dimension! She had this magical ability to make everyone in the restaurant feel like they were the most important person in the world. I half expected her to pull a rabbit out of her apron pocket or perform a disappearing act with my empty plate.But it wasn't just her charm that had me in stitches, it was her incredible knowledge of the menu. She knew every ingredient, every cooking technique, and even the secret recipe for the Bloomin' Onion (okay, maybe not the secret recipe, but she sure made it sound like she did). I couldn't help but laugh as she passionately described each dish, making them sound like the most tantalizing culinary creations in the universe. Celeste presented it to me with a flourish, as if she were unveiling a work of art. I half expected her to break into a song and dance routine, but alas, she refrained (maybe next time, Celeste?). All in all, Celeste's service at Outback Steakhouse was a comedic masterpiece. She had me laughing, entertained, and well-fed throughout the entire meal. If you're looking for a side of laughter with your steak, I highly recommend requesting Celeste as your server. She's a true gem and a guaranteed source of entertainment.
