I love my 2.01 ct diamond engagement ring recommended by Kelly. It took several weeks to decide due to my personal taste, but she helped me to find a perfect diamond by searching all of the branches through the system. Also, I could compare 3 different diamonds before I made a decision. Plus, she provided me with a brief diamond instructional session, which helped me to understand the different types, sizes, and grades of diamonds.

My girlfriend and I had gone ring shopping and decided to drop in at Helzberg since it was right next to where we had lunch. It turned out to be the best decision! We were put in touch with Ms Kelly and she helped us find the perfect ring for us. I especially appreciated her non-pushy attitude and genuine kindness that shined throughout our interaction. She also made an active effort to educate us on the specifics of diamonds and what we should look out for, instead of just bombarding us with technical jargon.

I came in to get an engagement ring for my fiancée and could not have asked for a better experience. Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. I was able to communicate with her via text anytime. She really made me feel like I was her only client. An added bonus was every time I walk into the store, even to this day, the entire staff greets me by name. Buying an engagement ring should be a luxury experience and everyone here makes sure it is that.

My original engagement ring was purchased from Helzberg 10 years ago. I’ve kept up with my lifetime warranty, cleaning and inspecting the ring every six months. I’ve mentioned to Asli over the past few years that eventually I would like to upgrade. She handed me her card so that I could reach out directly to her when the opportunity came! I was never pressured, she just assured me she’d help me through the process.
Christmas came and my husband gifted me the upgrade as a present. I had an idea of what I wanted to do with my ring, but had several questions. Asli and Franco took the time to lead me through the process, answering my questions and explaining every option.
Once the diamonds came in for viewing, Catherine and Asli sat down with me and again, took my vision and turned it into a reality, ordering a custom halo band (not typically done) for my upgraded diamond!
Fast forward a few weeks later, my ring arrived EXACTLY what I had envisioned! Helzberg knocked it out of the park for me! Not only did the Helzberg team keep me informed about where the jewelers were in the process, they helped guide me through my decision making without ever being pushy. I am so happy with my upgrade and so happy that I am a lifetime member with Helzberg – they take care of me and my jewelry in every way!
