Great experience! Breon was so much help and very understanding when there was an issue setting up my new phone. Would recommend!

Breon was more helpful than the other AT&T western location. He was working on 3 customers at the same time and didn't miss a step. Extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Broen and Eleni were extremely helpful. After being turned down for an upgrade thru the local corporate store, they went the extra mile to find out that it was a simple phone call to fix the issue. My daughter is extremely happy to walking out with her new phone.

I went to the Jacksonville mall in Jacksonville, NC, to the AT&T Kiosk. Thomas, the sales representative, was AMAZING! He helped me set up a new phone, got me a better plan, saved me money, and his personality, as well as his knowledge, was phenomenal. He was extremely polite and courteous to boot! It's honestly the best experience I've ever had shopping for a new phone. Give that man a high five and a raise!

Breon is amazing at his knowledge of AT&T He is patient and kind. We are having a hard time with AT&T and he is correcting our issues with great ease. Breon is a huge asset, he should be promoted and treasured as their employee

Went here after going to the AT&T store and got not help. Mary was so nice to work with, willing to help with what we wanted and was super down to earth.

Ask for Nate, he has taken great care of me while switching over from US Cellular and again more recently when I switched my Fiancé over to my plan. I have way better cell service than I had with US Cellular and the price is very affordable. Way better than verizon

Came in to upgrade my phone and Zack and his team took care of me. They know how to make you feel comfortable and make you feel like a friend rather than a customer. Great people!

i just came back from a deployment with a broken phone and was charged the entire time when i wasnt supposed to be, and had many questions. i met with bri and keiya and was able to get me settled with my issues and help me find someone to fix my phone, as well as a good replacement for my broken one. i have been going to this kiosk in the mall for almost 2 years and it is a gem. barely anyone goess to this one so when i need help, they are able to be hands with you for hours!

I am not sure why these other reviews are negative, but if you are concerned about the pricing and hidden fees of your bill before you come into the store, expressing it to the sales rep resolves the issue!
*For the record, I NEVER leave reviews, but the staff here deserves it.

Before I started coming to this store location (inside the Jacksonville, NC mall), I dreaded seeing any local AT&T customer service reps in person. The wait was always TERRIBLE, and the other local stores refused to set an appt over the phone; they told my husband and I we can only make an appt through the app and it didn't always work so we would have to wait LONGER to see a rep because we would have to physically make an appt in store. As a result, I began to call AT&T customer service reps rather than go in person (and their call center customer service can be dreadful, too). It’s not a good sign when your customers avoid having to deal with your company if possible, and that’s the road we were slowly going down with AT&T…

My husband and I were going to merge phone plans to save money, so we reluctantly went to the local store closest to our home to discuss pricing and do it in-store. We were so frustrated we walked out within 3 minutes. Desperate, we then went to the Jacksonville, NC mall location and have never had a better experience! The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Not only did we receive the help we needed, we ended up getting a DIRECTV package and preordering 2 iPhone X's as well. One staff member in particular, the manager Curtis Swenson, made us feel like we are more than just money in AT&T's pocket. I have never experienced such excellent customer service from any cell phone/cable provider rep that I have ever been with previously (we have been with Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile).

Since then, if my husband and I have had any questions or problems, Curtis has not only remained patient and polite amidst our frustrations and complaints, but also fixed them in a timely manner and empathized with us over things that weren't even his fault (AT&T dropped the ball when iPhone X preorders came through and promised many customers that the phone would be here long before it actually arrived). The other store staff are amazing, too.
We highly recommend Curtis Swenson and all of the other AT&T staff members inside the Jacksonville, NC mall.

And as to the negative reviews before this one, I can vouch from our MULTIPLE interactions with these staff members that if you have a concern and bring it to them, they will do whatever they can to fix it. Fees that are tacked onto your bill aren’t always within the employee’s control, and any modifications made to lower your bill don’t update on the website for a little while. Just talk to them about it!

Visited location with some questions bout Direct TV and my wireless bill. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were not pushy just made me aware of options. Helped save me about 50 a month by switching to Direct tv. Please visit these folks. Great experience.

I called the store before showing up, since I lived an hour away. Sales rep let me know right away if the device I was looking for was in stock. When I arrived he helped me set up and transfer data over to my new device.

Great staff, great service and great deals!! Came in cause I was tired of cable and ended up signing up for direct tv with he nfl Sunday ticket included!! They paid me to switch!! Can’t beat that! Plus I walked out watching with the app on my tablet!!
