Had an awesome experience at Boost Mobile today, Diana was so extremely professional and very helpful! Went above and beyond. Answered all my questions very professionally. Go see my girl Diana at Boost for all your phone needs. I surely will be back. Five Star customer care.

They were very friendly, engaging and courteous. Went in to replace a damaged phone and based on their professionalism I walked out buying a much better phone plus accessories. Normally this might frustrate a customer, however their knowledge of products and personal anecdotes gave me more confidence as a consumer to make a much needed and more expensive upgrade. Additionally, one of the ladies was new and being trained on the system. Still she was a fast learner and a natural with customer service. The other young lady that was training her gave her excellent guidance and instruction. I I never felt like I was the training aid or that my time and money were being wasted. There was a problem with my new phone later that night and my wife and I returned there the next day to resolve the issue. I was glad that they were both there and that there was a warm reception and genuine concern regarding the issue. Ultimately my wife and I enjoyed our time there with them that we ended up staying longer than expected just to chat about phones and service plans as well as life in general. It was a far superior service that what I have received in the past with other service providers and stores.

I came about 2 years ago. I had been traveling cross country and was having extreme difficulty with my sim card not functioning. I was worried I'd lose everything that was connected to my phone number, and a very sweet and polite young lady assisted me. She was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and overrall amazing!

I had problem with my phone and from the second I walked in I was greeted and welcomed into the great environment inside the store. Brisa one of the employees there took me step by step on how to fix the problem with my phone and made sure I didn’t leave until I had no more questions and my phone was fixed. She was very kind and helpful and all in all I am very satisfied with my experience at this store
