This location is between Panera Bread and Carolina Ale House. This is a very busy shopping center however it’s located on a side with less traffic. We visited to trade in a iPhone for a basic flip phone for my mom who is a senior. Each store carries very limited stock of flip phones. Elmer was very kind. He greeted us and offered help after waiting for 20 minutes on a busy Saturday. He helped us understand pricing and the store manager helped provide appropriate recommendations. We activated the new phone and were out in less than an hour. Thank you to the team.

Amazing customer service here! I’ve been to others in town, but I will now forever go back here! The employees are very helpful and kind. We ended up getting lots of extras and goodies and saved a ton of money. Thank you for all your help!

Curtis was SUPER helpful when my iPhone 12 Pro stopped working!! Helped me setup my new iPhone with apple care. I look forward to coming to this location in the future. The other location usually has heavy wait times but these guys took care of everything efficiently and special care. Thanks again!!

Charlene was amazing. Very helpful and got me the best deal possible. She made sure everything transfered from my old phone to the new one before leaving and still continues to just be patient and kind. Overall was fast had some waiting around while it was transferring and updating but I ran some errands nearby and then came back and it was ready to go!

This store is awesome. I actually made the purchase a while ago but have been having so much fun with my new tech. I haven't had much time to review. 😁

I purchased a new Samsung phone, watch, and earbuds. Installation, transfer, and backup were as seamless as you would expect from any Samsung product. 👍

The staff here are simply outstanding. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Everyone working here rated company phones AND business cards from T-Mobile, even their managers 🤣

There were so many different phones, plans, bundles and accessories to choose from, Curtis (Mobile Expert, Marine Corps Veteran, Jedi Master) was able to find a plan that worked best for me. 🫡

The atmosphere here was so laid back and friendly. None of the sales associates were afraid of their manager and were all very knowledgeable about both Android and Apple products. This was a VERY different experience than what I was used to at Verizon. 🙋‍♂🤡

The only complaint I have is one I'll have to own myself. I am deeply regretful that I didn't make the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile sooner. Although the products and plans are good enough to keep me as a loyal customer, it's the customer service at T-Mobile that sets this store apart. 💫

I had a really complicated situation going on with my Applecare and protection plan.
They spent their all day to help me out. I am really greateful for Ms.Jessica’s Ms.Kyasia’s effort and help. They didn’t send me back home without solution.

Quiet & clean atmosphere. Went in today not expecting to be leaving with a much cheaper plan (than Verizon), 2 iPads & home internet 😂 many employees helped us but Kyasia was the main one and she was great! Took the time to explain everything for us & answer any questions we had, whether they were dumb or not! Ha. Highly recommend!

Elmer was super helpful during our visit. He made the trade-in process very smooth. He was very friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. Will happily go back for future needs and recommend him to anyone when going in person.

I went in for an upgrade and I was really nervous because I wasn’t sure what I could afford or what the difference in the new models were. I was digitally put into the queue almost immediately after I walked in and the wait wasn’t bad at all, especially with how busy it was in there. Ethan helped me pick the best phone for my budget that also had the best features for me, he was super helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions quickly and in terminology I understood lol. My mom actually recommended him by name and I’m glad I got his help when I went into the store.

We went to the Store located at Western & Jacksonville Pkwy in Jacksonville, NC. We were greeted by three employees, which all three made us feel welcomed and that they would help us transfer our service to T-Mobile. Maricela O. helped us with moving our 2 existing numbers to T-Mobile. She was awesome and professional. We ended up being there over an hour but it did not feel that long due to the great customer service and friendly staff. As more staff came onto the floor they was also friendly and professional. We will be doing all our cell phone needs at this store since they are very friendly, welcoming and make you feel at ease with any concern you have with your cell phone issues. I barely leave reviews on Google but their respect and friendly atmosphere needs to be known. We're over 55 and customer service is very important to us which this store went above and beyond.

I went in to get the T-Mobile Internet. It was very simple to set up, the price was really good, and true to their word there are no additional fees. I was helped by Elmer and Ethan. Very knowledgeable and Elmer had some pretty cool tattoos.
