Lush Cosmetics Tyson Center

So many items to choose from! First time in a Lush Cosmetics store and love it. Picked up several items for family in Oahu. They don’t have Lush there! Will definitely return for more bath bombs after using what we purchased today.

Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles! What a fan store. Had the pleasure of shopping at Lush at Tyson Mall, and it was awesome. My customer service representative was “Eldana” and she was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. She showed me and my wife every product that we wanted to know about as well as answered questions about various items we saw. Our visit to Lush was truly made memorable by “Eldana” who we thanked over and over again for her patience/understanding. We are now hooked on Lush, and will be back for more products, thanks Eldana!

Stacey is an amazing saleswoman. She is so knowledgeable about the products and I felt like every question I had got answered. She is so sweet and she deserves a raise or promotion to general manager. I was just looking at first but she sold me. I love her energy and I’m definitely coming back

Cass really has top tier customer service and helped me answer 101 questions. Ive tried my best to make sure my products are good for my body and has least chemicals for me and my family! Thank you so much for taking time to share new products Ive never considered! Ill be back!

The team at this store is absolutely wonderful! My daughter had a birthday party here the morning of March 17th and from planning to execution the team was responsive, engaged, and the kids had an absolute blast! Bubble races, making bath bombs - we would recommend for work events too! Can totally see adults loving this experience and I wasn't aware until a few months ago that they did parties. Thank you so much!!

I’ve never shopped at Lush before but I was gifted a gift card so I stopped by today. The store is amazing and smells so good. I was a little overwhelmed with how much stuff was in here but a gentleman named Nathan walked over and assisted me in everything I needed and answered questions I had. He was so friendly and made the experience wonderful. An employee can really make a difference in your shopping experience and I definitely experience that with Nathan’s help!

Entire staff is SO sweet!! The most genuine group of people I've interacted with during a shopping trip ever. They recommended products based on my skin concerns and tested them on me to ensure no reactions, demoed a bath bomb for us, chatted about our lives and interests. I felt more like I was talking to friends rather than salespeople which is RARE and so lovely🖤

Nathan has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was extremely kind and respectful. Very descriptive with the products and knows what he’s talking about. And the products from lush are just unreal. Very healing with healthy and clean products! One of my favorite stores, and definitely my best customer service experience ever!

Nathan in particular as this location is an absolute delight! He was so helpful and happy to answer my questions and give recommendations! I even got a free sample! My first Lush experience was lovely, thank you all for great customer service. :)

It is a nice store, smells good, so colorful and fun to walk around and see everything. Their bubbles and bomb bath for bathing are amazing. I see many kids asking for fun products to have more fun when they are in the tub. All in all it is amazing and ageless. Love it.

The staff at Tyson's corner is arguably the most amazing group of sales people. It was my 4 year old's first time at the store and we just went in frankly to wait for my husband while he shopped at another store. Like any kid, she was running around and touching everything. An employee approached us and ask what her favorite color was and asked her if she knew what a bath bomb was. The employee grabs the most colorful bath bomb they could find and asked my daughter to drop it in the water basin. IT WAS THE MOST MAGICAL THING MY DAUGHTER EVER SEEN. She was so happy and couldn't stop giggling. The employee then had one of their colleagues wash her hands and they showed her the shower jelly. They made the experience so fun and playful. It was above and beyond. Thank you to this wonderful group of people for turning chaos into a pleasant experience

What a great place for a party. Our girls had so much fun. The hosts (Garrett and Jenni) were incredibly kind, patient, energetic and fun! Everyone had such a great time. Well organized and the girls came home with the cutest goodie bags. We will definitely return for other parties and events.

Very large Lush store that carries all kinds of personal care products from shampoo bars to bath bombs. Lush is a great natural skin care brand. And I appreciate they try to minimize plastic packaging.

The store associates are very friendly & eager to help you find the right products. They also sample products so you can try it at home first.

If you bring back one of the larger pots for recycling, you also receive $1 off your purchase.

The store is huge and smells amazing! It was my first time visiting a Lush store and Nathan was extremely helpful. He showed and helped me sample several products, and even gave me a couple samples to try at home! I bought their "Sleepy" hand lotion and bath both and both smell amazing, highly recommend checking them out!

My daughter celebrated her 12th bday here with some friends. Garrett and Cass were the hosts and were amazing! They made the girls feel so special and spoke to them like they were old friends. The girls had so much fun making their own bath bombs and playing games.
Would highly recommend!

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a Lush. Super friendly, but never pressuring in their sales pitch. Products are absolutely worth the price. Not every product will work for everyone, but there’s something for everyone.

If you're looking for *the* Lush experience look no further. This is the largest Lush in North America, so you will not miss any exclusive products shopping here. Ever since the new store manager, Evelyn, came in I've never felt more welcome anywhere in my life. The vibes are always positive and all the workers strive to make your day. The store just did a huge remodel and it looks like a Lush disney land inside. Bright, clean, and inviting. They happily let you demo anything in the place and will even give you free samples of whatever you're curious about. Emma is the sweestest and kindest person with the best recommendations and Matthew is always a glowing presence in the front making some crazy bubble towers. My favorite place in the mall, it smells AMAZING.
