Excellent food and has been here for years. Family owned and operated. Geared for take out only although they provide a booth for convenience no service. Liquor store Chinese carry out.

YEP! This is a top notch place in an ideal location for all of your odd-hour alcohol and Chinese food cravings. The food is more than serviceable and the Szechuan style bean curd is about as bean curdy as a bean curd can get, and the rice tastes like rice. Food comes out suspiciously fast and it looks hella sketchy on the outside, but not enough to deter me from the curd.

The second you read the sign, it becomes obvious that this little establishment was started and is continues to be operated by a small business genius. A small business genius who was wise enough to do his homework regarding the area he was opening up his shop in, he learned what type of people he would be attracting, and made sure he understood exactly what these new customers would want.

The sign says it all: Liquor, Fried Chicken, and Chinese Food! He realized that those three product lines represent the dietary foundation for probably 80% of this community!

Well done, sir, my hats off to you!

The octogon is one of the only Chinese places in the area and it's my old reliable. I can get any of my Chinese favorites cooked just right and did I mention this is also a liquor store?
