I had the best experience last week with this company. I needed a plumber ASAP as my daughter wes going in for heart surgery. I explained my situation to them and they went above and beyond. But I have to give credit where credit is due and that is the technician Dominic comes in. Not only was he here for hrs but did not give up until everything worked. He was very caring, professional and I have given his name out to many people so far. Thank you Ryan plumbing and Dominic for your service. You are the only company that has given me a piece of mind

Had an issue with a broken pipe in an old house. Ryan Plumbing came out same day to resolve the issue. Dominic was polite and just a real nice guy. We now have running water in the house and water not running down into the basement.

Ryan Plumbing came through once again on several jobs in my home, a new faucet and piping in my bathroom and installing a new toilet on my first floor. They were so professional and nice and the jobs were impeccably done!! They handled the permit process for me which was incredibly helpful. There is no company I trust more than Ryan so thank you to Sebastian, John and Eric for another job well done!! 👍

I had two hot water heaters installed in my duplex for a very hefty price. HOWEVER as a 10+ year customer, even despite escalating costs, I would never go elsewhere. Ryan technicians are always a cut above. Sabastian did not disappoint! When one meets a hard working employee with integrity, they stand out. Whatever the secret ingredient is, keep up the good work. As a small business owner myself, I advise you take good care of your employees least the competition steal them away!

Ryan Heating came to our church in Spencerport and repaired 2 ceiling heaters in our gym and did some other repairs on our heating system. They did an excellent job and everything is back up and running. The tech was friendly and professional and the price was more then fair. Thank you Ryan Heating. Had Dominick come out for a leaking toilet with about 25 people coming over in 3 hours for a party. 30 year old toilet leaking all over the floor. It took a while but he was able to fix the leak after removing the toilet. Excellent work, totally professional and no mess when he was done. Will recommend Ryan to anyone who has a problem like this, 24/7. GREAT JOB, Thanks.

We called Ryan for our routine furnace and air conditioning maintenance this season and it’s safe to say that they went above and beyond our expectations. When scheduling service over the phone, Katie was very pleasant and accommodating to mine and my family’s schedule. My technician, Dominic was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Dominic took extra time to explain proper use, monitoring, and care for my systems which makes me feel safer. Ryan Plumbing & Heating has been an absolute delight to work with. Our heating system went last year and even though we had never done business with them before, they got out to us as quickly as possible. Since then, we've enrolled in their VIP plan and it has paid for itself many times over. The team at Ryan is always responsive, respectful, and great to work with. In fact, we had a recent issue and they sent a technician out the same day. That technician, Dom, was kind, respectful, and came up with a creative solution to make sure we had heat while we waited for the necessary parts to arrive. We can't say enough good things about Ryan Plumbing & Heating.

Dominic worked on our furnace today. He was able to quickly identify the issue and restore heat into our home. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and such a pleasure to have him work on our heating system. He answered all our questions, checked our heating system from top to bottom to make sure it's functional, checked again after completing his work and we couldn't be happier. So glad we found Ryan services, the rest of the staff in the office was quite responsive, Katie called to confirm our appt before leaving the office, it was such a pleasure working with her as well. She understood our issue and was open to working with us on getting a service call scheduled tentatively first and called us back to confirm. If you use Ryan services for your heating system, I recommend asking for Dominic, especially if you're not familiar with your furnace or system in general.

Late night water heater failure called 24 hr unable to come,but gave me useful information until Dominic arrived and did an outstanding professional installation and explanation. Professional, helpful friendly service from start to finish

We just had the Ductless Heating &A/C System installed in our home. We are beyond satisified with the work, professionalism and complete knowledge of the process. We had the the most amazing group of installers, referred to as the "DREAM TEAM", which totally describes them perfectly. This team cleaned up a they moved through each step of them project, we never had to pick up after them. Respectful that they were in your home, treated it with the utmost care. This team answered every question clearly and were actually super pleasant highly respectful.

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and we installed NEW Ductless LG Heating and AC along with a Sump Pump Pit, submersible pump and water jet back up system.

This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had with a heating and cooling company. They were prompt and friendly. He explained everything he was doing to repair our A/C unit. He quickly and happily helped sort out my warranty to ensure the part was covered - even though they didn’t install the unit. My only regret is that I didn’t have them install all of our Heating and cooling units over the last few years! So impressed. Highly recommend.

Happy to get an appt. on short notice to repair/replace leaking shower/tub facet. I appreciated Domenic calling ahead with an ETA to my house. He was capable, personable, and even let my dog bother while he worked! I also use the HVAC side of Ryan and enjoy their standard of care and service.

Excellent workmanship by Eric, Nicholas and Matt Codd with replacement of shower heads and faucets on a new build. Meticulous, clean, friendly, and explained everything they were doing, including the defects in the original parts. Highly recommend.
