Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have a fleet vehicle and they always take care of me and my car. I didn’t get his name but the tech working the day before thanksgiving is a superstar.

I just purchased my fourth set of tires from mister tire in westminster maryland. I have been a regular customer there since two thousand and twelve. I always shop for tires and alignments and the manager
Bill was very competitive. The mechanic Ethan did a fabulous job. New continental tires and a front wheel Alignment on my twenty seventeen ram pickup truck. I set up an appointment and they took me as promised. They also took the time to check my alignment and help me find the nail that was in one of my tires. All the way around, great job guys!

Called and got an appointment today. Thank you to the 2 gentleman that were working this weekend and got my car all set with new tires. This is why we continue to use Mr Tire in Westminster. Great service always anytime.

I was referred to Mr. Tire by an employee from Ulta. I came in anxious about my flap being down and being new to the area. Mr. Bill calmed me down and fixed my car issue promptly. He has a customer for life.

Bill is amazing was able to talk me through what was going on and reassure me they would be able to fix the problem with my Jeep that i was worried about. I was 2hrs from where i live and Bill was able to squeeze me into the schedule in under a hour to help me fix my tire issue. I have been coming to Mr. Tire since I got my car and I have had nothing but positive experiences! Bill one of the mangers is such an awesome man to work with! He helps explain everything that is going on with my car and helps me to understand the next steps! I call and he is able to get me in next day and works hard to make sure it’s an easy visit! I would recommend this location to anybody!

It was a great experience! Very friendly, helpful, and courteous! I came in with a nail in my tire and they completed the work in less than 15 minutes -- I was so delighted for the fast turnaround and the pleasant staff I encountered. No waiting, no appointment needed - I will definitely buy tires from Mr. Tire in the future -- just can't beat that type of service. Just so you know NTB turned me down - the said they "didn't have time" to help me - a 73 year old female with handicapped tags riding on a flat tire and they told me they could not help. I give 100% ratings to Mr. Tire in Westminster, MD -- they were fabulous!!!!!!!!!! I'm a new customer, for sure!

I was 90 minutes late for my appointment and only waited 40 minutes including my oil change. The team did an excellent job of getting me in for service and performing the service I required on my vehicle. I was very impressed with their performance.

Had a nail in my tire and needed it to be patched; I called & spoke with Bill who said I could come in and they would take care of me in a timely manner as I have 2 young girls and not much time to wait. As promised I came in and they took my car almost immediately and fixed the tire. 10/10 customer service and will be going back for any future needs!

Made online appointment, very easy process. Was taken in right away. Was given an estimate of time for work done that was accurate. All employees were welcoming and professional. Very good experience.

Love their honesty. I took my car in, told them I needed new brakes. They checked them and said that I didn't need them yet. They could of easily put new brakes on and I would not have questioned it at all. Instead they were honest and did not take advantage of me. Have used this location for years and will continue to use them.

Planned on buying a new set of tires, but had a flat late last week & they took care of it (I mentioned this in a previous review), so I only needed 3 new tires, but they worked with me (price-wise) like it was a full set. Dropped it off & it was done not long afterwards the same day. They give great customer service there, which is what I use them for all my automotive needs! 👍🏼
