Atlantic Blue Water Services

I have used Atlantic Blue several times, because I believe that they are very honest and super dependable. I recently had a concern with my water/plumbing. The company sent Alex, and I'm so glad they did. Alex was very friendly and professional. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything with the quality of your water and plumbing. He was so helpful with giving us different options to improve the quality of our water. I will definitely continue to use Atlantic Blue Water Services.

Well this company has saved my butt a few time. Mike came out months ago and was able to get the air out of my line from my well pump and fix my water softener issues ( I installed improperly). Now I was just in need again because my well pump died on one of the coldest days of the year. Brennan and Thomas came out without any complaint of the weather and got everything replaced. Cant say thank you enough for the hard work.

Alex was Amazing. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered our many questions with ease and made several recommendations that would suit our needs. I am grateful to have had Alex as our technician. I hope the company value the true gem that he is.

Dennis was absolutely a breathe of fresh air at a time of worry regarding our well water system. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and explained our new system very thoroughly. Recently, I had Alex from Atlantic Blue Water Service visit my home for a water test. He was thorough and professional, taking the time to highlight that my water's acid levels were elevated. Additionally, Alex pointed out that my Acid Neutralizer required maintenance. I appreciated his attention to detail and the knowledgeable insights he provided. A commendable service experience!

Our service contractor, Dennis did an outstanding job! Did a great job communicating and letting him know when he’s coming out and then followed up with an after action report for us. It was easily understood and would Highly recommend!

Even though our system for whatever reason wants to give us trouble we have had a great experience with Atlantic Blue. We have had many of the guys here to figure out what is going on with our system and everyone of them have been great and good to work with. Whenever I call they are usually out here in a timely manner. Because we have had an ongoing issue they showed us how to bypass one of our systems so we arent without treated water before they are able to get out to our house. I do recommend Atlantic Blue

Atlantic Blue was able to give me a thorough overview of my water system including how the well pump, well tank, and the water conditioner worked. They did a great job replacing my well tank. They did not push anything on me that I did not currently need. I will be using them again for future services.
