My company hired S&K to complete new flooring after a water heater busted. Dwayne and Dwayne (Buddy) worked to install the new flooring and they were truly amazing! Such great, positive attitudes and very hard working gentleman! The flooring looks PERFECT! So thankful for the hard work and care these two men showed to my company’s office. I am so grateful for them and for S&K. 😁

Absolutely LOVE S and K. They are the perfect ratio of friendly and professional. They installed a custom door and window job in my home and we are so happy with the results. Because it was customized, they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfectly measured. They even returned after a few days after our initial consultation to measure everything again to insure the numbers were correct before putting in the order. The guys who installed the door and window were skillful, efficient, and cleaned up so well after their project. I will 100% be using them in the future for other housing projects.

Prompt response to my request, professional, communication was great They arrived as scheduled and worked their tails off to get the job done in a day. Everyone was friendly, extremely hard working. The clean up while they worked was impressive as well. And not a nail to be found post completion. No flat tires for us!! Our new S&K Roof is superb. What a relief and such a smooth process! I am happy to say that SK stood by their policy to ensure the integrity in their product and workmanship. We had a faulty flash and caulking but Crystal reached out to me to have her foreman Sean and carpenter Dwayne come out and assess the problems and repair and improve them Pronto. They kept their word and did a SOLID job. I feel reassured that we bought a quality roof from a quality company and the fact that they made the skylight look stunning is impressive. Sean was fantastic of being on time, polite, and gave an honest assessment. Dwayne was fast, tidy, and did a beautiful job with the repair. Sean is a good guy and I was impressed by his willingness to take time to answer my questions too. I recommend SK Roofing for those looking for a company that backs and ensures quality.

From getting an estimate, communicating with office personnel. to having all work completed, S&K was outstanding. They were always prompt with correspondence and information. All work was completed as promised and our new roof looks amazing. The two gentlemen who worked on the gutters were magicians! We absolutely recommend S&K for your roofing needs.

They were able to have an estimator out the same day I called, and gave an accurate estimate for when they’d be able to be out for the repair to our siding. The piece of siding we needed replaced was tied into a lot of pipes leading into the house, and they sealed it all up nicely. And a great price too!

Service to repair damaged shingles was easy to arrange and timely. Given the changing snow conditions S&K easily adapted their schedule and notified me in plenty of time. Very importantly, their honesty in assessing the condition of the roof, not trying to sell me more expensive & unnecessary options, was very much appreciated and comforting.

S&K roofing came in with a very reasonable quote well under competing companies. S&K was able to do the project quickly and the work crew was polite and very clean. Our yard looked better than before they came! We would definitely refer S&K and use them again.

S&K did an excellent job on my siding and the customer service was fantastic as well. From my initial call, to the follow-up, to eventual installation, everything was first-class. I look forward to using S&K for my full roof next season.

From.our initial meeting with Ryan to the actual installation, S&K has been wonderful. Elias and Andreas arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and we are very pleased with our new windows. Despite working in an awkward location, they adapted and asked for our input. I really appreciated that Ryan arrived during the installation. I've never known of a sales rep coming to the job to make sure everything is going well. This is a first class operation all the way. We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
1) I changed my roofing options three times over a 2-year period before hiring S&K earlier this year. Robert Moore, the salesman, responded to each change request promptly, without complaint or pressure. I received links to optional products and references.
2) I received clearly written pre-installation preparation instructions.
3) Entire re-roofing process took 2.5 days. Crew worked together efficiently, well organized, disciplined, focused on their tasks. Squeaky clean clean-up.
4) I'm thankful to the crew supervisor, too, for finding a way to install a much wanted tunnel skylight despite its difficult location.

S&K replaced our windows and front double doors. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. No high pressure sales, bending over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Great installation crew - highly detailed and took great care to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend.

S&K was great to work with. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. The roofers were punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. They discovered a venting issue in the attic and corrected it and did a great job cleaning up our property when they were done.

We have been customers of S&K for many, many years. They did an excellent job replacing the roof on two different homes and they stand by their work. They are excellent both during the installation process and afterwards with customer service. We cannot recommend S&K strongly enough. From the standpoint of price, performance and support, they absolutely are the best roofer in the Bethesda, Glen Echo and all of Montgomery County area.

Overall they seem to have done a really solid job, showed up/finished at times that were promised, cleaned up after themselves well (no nails left behind and very minimal/small debris), and I haven't seen any issues with the installation. The trailer did leave a decent dent/track in my yard, but after talking to customer service they came out and remedied that issue.

When roofing replacement or repairs are needed, quotes are not necessary, because I will only contract with S&K Roofing, Siding, and Windows! S&K provides honest, helpful, and highly skilled professionals for a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

We have been long overdue for replacing several doors that were original to the house built in the late 90's. I am thankful to have been put in touch with Brad from S&K. Simply put he was terrific. Answered all of our questions, didn't try to sell us a thing and even showed us ways to avoid replacing doors that didn't need it. Explained all of our door options and helped us pick out the style we liked that was also at a great price.

Maggie made scheduling super easy and they showed up on time for the installation. Everyone on the team that completed the installation were polite, didn't leave a speck of dust and their work has left us with only one regret. We didn't do this sooner.

We will have to try and get used to a door that looks way better, closes easily, locks securely and no more “fresh air” as I liked to call it leaking in during the winter!

We were putting off several large windows with blown seals and a few other windows that need replacing and now we are looking forward to S&K taking care of those too! It’s nice to find a company that you can trust, does great work and at a fair price.

Most importantly our Tennessee Volunteer Wreath now has the background it deserves!

South Carolina robbed us of a playoff run… But at least we brought down the goal posts against Bama!

All staff at S&k were on time, competent and professional. This is the second job they’ve done for us. They put in a beautiful garden window several years ago and just replaced a very large window that was broken. We recommend them.

Working with S&K Roofing was an absolute joy and an experience we would definitely take on again.
