Alchemy Juice + Coffee

I came near the closing time and had an excellent turmeric latte. It was not a premixed blend. I tasted the turmeric and black pepper, and saw it leftover in the bottom of my coffee. I loved it. I also loved the sustainability focus in the sourcing standards.

This cafe is a TRUE gift to the Dripping Springs community. Their selection of organic, cold pressed juices is great and I love their newly added lunch menu. They have a cute shop inside the cafe with healthy snacks, books, and more. This is one of my favorite spots in town to spend the morning catching up with friends or getting some work done -- a must visit in town!

The latte and smoothie I had here was incredibly flavorful and you could taste how good it was for you. The staff was super nice and the atmosphere was a great place to work on something or hang out with a friend for catching up.

I can tell the owner put a lot of time and effort into creating each item on the menu. The content of each smoothie is a well crafted recipe that promotes a healthy body AND tastes good.

Price is a bit high for my taste but I would definitely go here again.

My FAVORITE spot in Dripping Springs!! A beautiful and gorgeous space, lattes are incredible, juice is delicious and fresh, and the smoothies and açaí bowls are exceptional too!! Don’t forget to try their avocado toast, the GF bread is amazing! Best part about the place is the people, both staff and customers. You can feel they put love into everything they make and the vibe is always welcoming.
They have a kids corner which is so cute so if you have kids you can hang out, drinking your coffee and have them play with each other.
Can’t forget the healthy conscious retail space that has a great selection of books, t-shirts, candles, and more!
Definitely a must visit if you’re in Austin!! D

Alchemy is my new favorite hang out in Dripping! I deeply appreciate that they offer delicious organic food and drinks for all kinds of dietary needs. As a vegan, it's nearly impossible to find organic plant based meals in Hill Country. Alchemy is the first cafe in the region that offers this level of health promoting cuisine that works for vegans and carnivores alike.

I can't get enough of their avocado toast and açaí bowls. My 2 year old son loves their smoothies and kid play zone. The atmosphere is bright, peaceful and cozy. The staff are super helpful and sweet. Overall, I'm SO grateful to have a high vibe community hub like this where families can gather to play, eat, drink and connect.

So so so great place, they really care. It's a hidden gem of this area, and it's worth the price. We enjoyed the smoothie with blue spirulina and coconut meat, dates, and the 'Heaven on earth' smoothie with almond butter, banana, dates, and mint. So yummy and fresh. They use local and organic ingredients, so it's great that we could support the local business. We also took to go the 'Spring roll bowl' for lunch on the road and 'Almond shorty cookies', it was amazing. They also sell plenty of fresh juices, granola, other snacks, books, clothes for kids, and other little things, I like the idea of selling frozen juices as healthy ice pops. Food can heal and you will feel the difference. Thanks for spreading this message and your big care. When we are around, we'll be back.

Such a beautiful and welcoming space! Enjoyed a delicious latte and açaí bowls in the outdoor seating area, overlooking a short nature trail. Appreciate the high quality of every item on the menu! The juices are exceptional!

We loved the vibes of the coffee shop, and that there was a kids play area/books for reading! The juice was on the pricier side, but delicious and all organic. We will have to try the smoothies or bowls next time!

I have a long time been a fan of Alchemy Juice home delivery but to have such a delightful space to actually go into and sit down and relax and enjoy the incredible juices and superfood lattes and foods is my dream come true. On my last visit my son and I had the avocado toast, and in his words - “it changed my life” - it was indeed delicious. We also had the superfood donuts and they are *chef’s kiss*
The retail section is perfectly curated to align with the elevated health vibes of the juice and food.
The decor and bright natural light with all the trees through the windows, just adds to the entire experience. I love it here.

Can not say enough good things about this adorable place! The yummiest juice and lattes and healthy grab and go foods. This is exactly what our town needed! So grateful this spot is here because it’s just magical. The owner Carly is lovely! You can really see she put her whole heart into alchemy. Can’t wait to come back!

The most beautiful & delicious cafe in dripping springs!! Matcha lattes, gluten free avocado toast, organic juice — everything is incredibly high quality created with so much love and intention. I’m in love.

I attended an amazing, life changing event with the doctor and founder of Hope For Cancer. It was brilliant! Meeting Carly was lovely. The juice was healing! Stop by! You will be glad you did!

This place is one of my favorites! I love their juices and their healthy bowls! I wish they were closer to my daily commute so I could go more often!

This place is SO good! I was visiting Dripping Springs with my fiancé and we were in desperate need of some health food, and Alchemy Organics did not disappoint. The ambiance is beautiful, the people are incredibly nice, and it was the BEST açaí bowl I've ever had. Hands down a great spot, highly recommend. The only complaint I have is the service was a little slow and it's quite expensive, but the quality was well worth it.

Peaceful place for tea/coffee and a healthy bite to eat. Not sure what took me so long to visit, but Im glad I did. Little kids corner, a cozy reading corner, 2 large tables (for your bookclub meetings). Come check it out!

I love Alchemy. They have the most exquisite mushroom donuts and açaí bowls. I crave them every day. The only downside is that it’s very pricey but you do pay for top notch ingredients all around. Everything organic and delicious.

I have never been to a place like this. From the atmosphere to the ingredients every details seems to have been thought of with love and care. Plus my matcha latte was AMAAAAAAAZING. Also I have never ever liked a green juice without something to sweeten it, this one was delicious.

I can not explain how excited we were when we heard we were getting something healthy in dripping springs! To get even better it is fresh and delicious! My daughter and I stopped by today on our weekly mother daughter date. Everybody working was so friendly and professional! We got the açaí almond butter bowel which was AMAZING and HUGE! They VERY generous in portions! As much as I want to keep this place a little secret , I had to brag about how amazing this place is and how happy we are to have it!

Ps. If you have kiddos they have the cutest kids corner with books and blocks!

Finally! A healthy option for organic fresh cold-pressed juice and delicious bowls and smoothies in Dripping! This place is so cozy and beautiful! They have a small market with some great items from local vendors and lots of books for sale! Definitely going to be a regular spot for me! And customer service is like being part of the family. Wait till you see the “kids’ corner”! Adorable!
