They don’t open on time

Called in regards of a package that was lost and was not recieved by my recruit. The lady who answered was so rude and unhelpful. She asked me to wait for a moment and she left me on hold for too long. I hung up once it hit 20 minutes. I can't believe people like this are employed in government agencies. This is a disgrace.

You can't get past the military check in station. This post office is for military personnel only.

The woman who usually works the counter here is super rude. You can go to the off base post office that's basically across the road where the employees are pleasant.

I used to receive mail aboard ship on other side of world at sea 40 years ago without technology of today and you can't forward a letter from there to Pendelton ? Pathetic.
