It is in fact located on a military base. So for those who have access is extremely convenient to not have to drive halfway across town in high gate traffic to get to a usps. Staff is friendly, professional and I can honestly say thank you. And for those who posted "its military property" yeah it says that online. And if you look at google maps it states that there are "restricted access" roads. Waaaa red flag should have gone high with that.

Worst out of all of the cities I have lived in.
- I've had two or three birthday cards stolen internally (somewhere between pickup, and delivery) .
- they leave packages sitting on the ground outside.
- they expect citizens to pay "protection money". They call it "insurance". You pay to ship or send something but if you actually want it to reach its destination, and if you don:t want sticky hands in the chain of custody, then you have to pay more for that.

Like the other reviewer mentioned, this is not accessible to general public. Only military people. Don't bother trying to come otherwise. Google maps users take note

I ordered a package and I have not received it even when I paid extra for shipping and they are expecting me to pick it up when I paid for shipping what’s is this bs I would rate 0 stars if I could trash worst experience ever.

Not really possible to get to this place so I have no idea why google maps sent me here. It’s in a gated government property
