Maria and her team went above and beyond. I had a visit from my mom coming up and wanted to have my place spruced up ahead of time. It was a little last minute but they fit me in! I contacted Maria after having a bad experience with another cleaning service. She contacted me immediately with a text, email, and 2 phone calls to come look at my home and was very persistent. She came to my home to give me an estimate. She walked around and even took pictures and proceeded to show us basically how dirty our house was with cobwebs, dust under cabinets, dirt/food under appliances, etc. which is why we need cleaning service. After an hour of talking she stated she would send a quote. It has been 3 days and still have not received a quote, phone call, text, email. I find this very unprofessional especially when we had stated how we had a bad experience with the previous company. Very disappointed.
