My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Soft Shirt Place in Gatlinburg, TN, and we loved the quality of their shirts and the creativity of their designs.

We bought 6 shirts for everyone in the family, and we were all impressed with how soft and comfortable they are and their designs are unique and eye-catching. We have had lots of compliments on our shirts!

The service at The Soft Shirt Place was also top-notch. Ashley took care of us and was patient with our two boys. She was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases.

Me and my wife came all the way from Woodruff SC to Gatlinburg for our Honeymoon for souvenirs and I wanted a Hoodie and she got a shirt. The owner was so friendly and original that I was wowed and The Soft Shirt Place lives up to its name. I recommend anyone who would want a shirt or hoodie to come here. We found the Soft Shirt Place in May 2023 and were really looking forward to coming back on our trip here in December to get more shirts. They are great quality shirts that you can customize with lots of fun prints to choose from. The young woman that runs the Gatlinburg store is a pleasure to talk to and super helpful as well!

We went to Gatlinburg for our family vacation this year and had researched places to buy souvenir shirts. The Soft Shirt Place located in Gatlinburg had wonderful reviews so we decided to check it out. This family business didn’t disappoint us and their highly rated reviews were spot on!! Ashley was lovely and kind the moment we stepped in the door. She was awesome and very helpful showing us all the different designs in her books you could choose from. The incredible soft shirts were hanging up everywhere to truly personalize the style, color and size shirt to go with the design you chose for Men, Women and Kids. She would then put the shirts together fast using her press so not to take up too much of our time with this process. Our two boys got excited to pick out their designs and our youngest decided to spend his own money to buy a second shirt as well because he loved them so much!! My husband also ended up buying two shirts as he couldn’t choose between designs because the designs were original and cool to look at!! These shirts are different than what you see in other tourist tee shirt shops in the area.

When we had questions on our order after returning home Victoria, Ashley’s Mom, was quick to respond on Google Chat on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I was so impressed with her response time on a holiday weekend!! I felt like I was her number one client and wanted to assist us immediately with our needs from an issue that arose with our order. She and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure our order was done right and got replacement items a week later. Thank you both for your amazing customer service throughout this entire process in store and online!!

I would give them 6 stars if I could!!! I own a small family business so I know what it takes to make a business successful and it’s all about the highly rated customer service!! You won’t be disappointed if you go to or order online from The Soft Shirt Place in Gatlinburg!! The owner and his wife were very sweet. He had us laughing while we were waiting for our shirts and gave us some more information on tourist sites to see while in Gatlinburg. The service and the shirts were totally awesome 😁. The T-shirt fit perfectly and I love the way the arms fit my shirt was a large and it did not fit like a large more like a medium which is what I normally wear but I wanted to go up a size so to me and it was a perfect fit not to big at all for it to be a large.

Great place, with unique funds. As a Gambit fan, I'll say this is the only place I have found to have the design, it be thoughtful and on a quality shirt

We visited this place when we were at the Mountain Mall, it’s a super cool place to get a T-shirt made! You just pick a style/color of shirt and then pick from one of their MANY designs. Then, they’ll put the design you picked on the shirt you picked and you’re on your way.

The woman working here was very friendly and answered any questions we had. They have most of their designs on display on shirts throughout the store, but they also have a book if you want to look through the designs that way. My boyfriend picked out a blank long sleeve shirt and a design, and it literally only took her one minute to have his shirt ready! The price was very reasonable, too. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely come back here. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is our second time visiting the soft shirt place. The stuff we got last year has been worn so many times. The quality of the shirts is great. The owners are incredibly fun people and we enjoy talking with them when we are at the store. We plan on going back again.

The only place to buy your souvenir shirts! They put any design on any shirt. Genius. We came last year as well and those shirts haven't faded or peeled at all!

T-shirts are soft and not stiff, fit true to size, professional quality printing, and wide selection of prints. I have received multiple compliments on my purchases merchandise. Shop owners are delightful.

Best t-shirt that I bought while in the area! Super friendly people who have me tips and ideas for my week in Gatlinburg. Hint: read the signs; their process to get a t-shirt made is simple and fun.

We love this place! Bought three custom shirts for the kids and got info on best local donuts! Owners were so welcoming and fun! No reason to look for a shirt anywhere else when these folks have great fabrics, great designing, great food advice, and out of this world customer service! I will return before this trip is over to choose my own shirt, once I decide what I want!
