Warm and friendly place to eat breakfast! Lacie (our server) was amazing! She knows how to make you feel welcome and cared for! The food was delicious! You should definitely try the fritters!

Late morning breakfast! Liberty was the sweetest! Loved it so much, we back the next morning! I got the same thing! Pancakes are just like my mom’s! Skillet breakfast is the best! Oh love the music!

The Flapjack’s Pancake Cabin on the Parkway is convenient with very good food. The portions are also quite large so be careful when ordering. The service staff are cheerful and very attentive. Don’t be fooled by the crowds, this is two stories and large. The line moves fast and the service is worth any wait.

This is a fabulous place for breakfast. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. You will probably experience a wait on the weekends. We were upstairs where we saw nothing but male waiters which we asked our excellent waiter about. He said the women kicked them out and sent them all upstairs to wait. I don’t know if that is true or not but it was funny! Bring your appetite because there are large portions. The biscuits were homemade and tasty! The skillet dishes are perfectly cooked and delicious Even the coffee was good.

Great place for breakfast and you get so much food for your money! My wife and I couldn't even finish all our food! Our waiter was very polite and asked us several times if we needed anything and was spot on with drinks! Excellent place to have breakfast when in the area. Until next time my friends!

Nice and friendly staff. Atmosphere was kid friendly. Pancakes were good! Eggs needed some seasoning but of course salt and black pepper is available! No overall complaints. Our server Will was great and made sure he attended to our needs.

We ordered an Omelette with Ham and Cheese. It was very tasty and well made. The Pancakes with Strawberries on top were fluffy and soft.

It is well located close to the main attractions of the town.

The only down thing was that we were waiting for over 45 minutes, waiting for the text message telling that our table was ready, but we never get the text. They said they texted us about 15 minutes after we got there. But it was never delivered.

The overall experience was great.

Wow wow wow and wowsers!!! We only had to wait 30-40 minutes during a busy Columbus day weekend and there are many fun places to go while the family is waiting instead of just sitting around!! Get the most out of Gatlinburg and eat here!! The food came quickly and service was very attentive to our needs!! More time on the mountain for everyone!!! We loved the experience and decor!!

My husband and I were here for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. We shared a 3 egg veggie omelet. We both ordered an order of sausage patties. They had just opened at 8a, and we were there shortly after that, so they weren't that busy. Our server was very friendly and very accommodating of our order. The restaurant was clean. It was reasonably priced for it being in Gatlinburg.

We were given a wait time but ended up being seated well before. The waiter was very nice and attentive without hovering. I couldn’t decide between sweet or savory so I got the corn beef hash skillet with over easy eggs and two pancakes. Perfection. Will definitely plan a trip to Flapjacks next time we’re in Gatlinburg!

Real busy place with great food. Our only issue was that they forgot the sides on one of the orders when serving us, though not while billing us. When I pointed it out, they did fix it. However, with the number of patrons, it's a good idea to make sure your order and bill are in sync.

We had a great experience here! Fast. Clean. Tasty! And Jamie Beam was fantastic! She was so was kind and gave us tips on Dollywood- she even gave us coffee to go for our long day heading out! We will definitely come back 🤩

Food here slaps and definitely hits the spot if you're wanting some good breakfast. I got a skillet with some chocolate chip pancakes. The server was real nice too and was able to see us promptly. A great place to eat at I will definitely be recommending to other people.

We visited Gatlinburg and needed a quick breakfast. This place had no wait and we got seated right away. The food was great and there was a lot of options. Jamie our server was very friendly and attentive. We would come back again. Thank you!
