Relaxing easy to use wash

Great and useful

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. It’s typically not based off one experience. This is the 3rd time these vacuums “ate” my quarters. Cost is supposed to be a dollar. So far I’m down $3.50 with all my experiences here. Petty? I don’t think so. Looking through all the reviews, there seems to be a common trend with the vacuums. They’ve identified the issue but haven’t/won’t fix it. There are other sensors out there which can replace the current outdate ones. It’s a matter of investing the time/money for the betterment of the customer. I get it though, too much cost for a positive/timely return on investment. Most people will just move on and let you keep the quarters.

Update: went back 10 months later to use the wash and guess what? This time no soap in the foam brush. So now I have paid to literally rinse off the car.

But I will say this. They did offer a refund or options of reimbursement. This alone shows they effort a small business owner will go to to ensure customers are put first.

The soap is nice but the vacuum ate my money on the left and the one in the middle barely had any pressure. Also when you click stop card charges it still charges you for the full amount even if you only use it for 1 minute.

Change machine rarely work and the vaccums are terrible as well

Conveniently placed, pressure is horrible if it was there, took over a minute to change from soap to rinse, spent more time waiting for it to change between cycles then I did washing my car. Very disappointed in this one. All the other ones on base seem great.

First time the soap didn't work, no big deal second time took my 3 bucks and didn't even turn on. Left a voice-mail at the number listed on the sign never heard back...

I paid for vacuuming and it didn’t even work. I did not get my money back.
