Dunkin'

Our stop for coffee and muffin this morning was so worth it. This crew made us feel so welcome and Ms. Virginia is amazing. Clean, spotless and welcoming. She gave us attention and the crew working so hard.

I don't know what all bad reviews are about ! But ' I love this place , Been a regular for ever now ! It's ok if people screw up , it's ok to make mistakes! And not everyone is going to make you the same exact coffee the way you want it .
It's different people different techniques, you're not gonna get the same exact thing you want ! I'm like eyeballing the crew now and they have no idea lol , love this place !

I guess it's because of the location, but it's prices are slightly higher than our local DD.
But.... unlike my local DD, these people are pleasant, they always have DONUTS in stock... and they have yet to inform me they are "out of" Espresso, donuts, or my caramel! (Can't recall the last time my local DD WASN'T out of something!)
We prefer to hold off our caffeine fix when we are headed to The Chap and then we just stop in this DD before we get to SR 56.

If you want to know the best dunkin in Wesley chapel this is it, I went in the morning in the drive through on Friday and there was a line wrapped around the building, and within 4 minutes I was able to take my order and receive my food. Excellent service and prompt service, something you don’t see often in most Dunkin’ Donuts nowadays.

When i walked into Duncan i was completely blown away by the hard work that abbie was putting in to get my order together. She was hustling around the kitchen to get it to me as fast as she could and there was no time wasted. I would like to formally thank her for all her hard work and dedication.

This Dunkin Donuts location is really great! Not only does it double as a Baskin Robins, but they have a full menu and sit-in too, as well as wi-fi!! The household I currently reside at is a bit overjoyus due to a tot and three children + during the day, so I come here to study and the environment is really great. The staff here is also super considerate and keep the radio low so we can focus. There are no words to express how much I appreciate that. I also really appreciate how nice the staff is, they know the menu well and ALWAYS have good suggestions as well as deals! It also always very clean, including the restroom. I highly recommend visiting here if your in the mood for DD, I can assure that you won't be dissapointed :) Thanks to you ladies for doing such a great job!!

i love Kyle he’s the best employee there such good service and manners super polite and deserves to be employee of the year if not century, Tyler though on the other hand is very rude and always gives an attitude and makes my drink wrong, didn’t even give me the right amount of donuts. For me, this is the absolute best coffee chain. If the coffee is made right, I love it. Occasionally, I'll get a weak or an extra strong cup. That occurs, when some ignorant or careless employee pours a cup before the pot has finished perking. If you get that cup, it's strong. If you get a weak cup, it's because you got what was left when the previous customer got the good stuff. That's because when the hot water first drips through the coffee grounds, it's the strongest that'll come thru and each subsequent drop is less strong. So when the coffee is good, it's smooth and delicious, not burnt tasting and bitter like starburnt.

I went here during thanksgiving break and the service Sunday was crazy fast and I had no issues what so ever. I will definitely be coming back here! I would recommend that you do as well.

The new manager is awesome, she's working on getting the store under control. It's been so much faster threw the drive threw!!!

Great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is one of the best locations to go to since its both a Dunkin and Baskin Robbins plus the staff is awesome.

This establishment has great service and the people I have seen to be friendly. They offer a military discount as well. It's great to see that they give back to those who served.

Ask for a girl named Kenzi at this Dunkin, she's really nice and serves quickly with good quality coffee and with a really big smile and will make your day just a little bit better I promise you.
