Bryan is an amazing human being! He helped me make sure my battery was good and cleaned it up and still gave me some extra car tips. He is kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Definitely will be switching to O’reillys and coming to this location!

My check engine light was on. They took time to explain respectfully what it meant and even showed me what it was. After, he even assisted with adding the oil I desperately needed. Definitely recommend them.

We will only use O’Reilly and specifically this location going forward. The manager, Anthony is truly the best. So incredibly helpful, knows what he’s doing, super smart guy. You can tell he takes customer service to another level. We had a dead battery and it took maybe 15 minutes to replace. Best experience we’ve ever had at an auto parts store. Thank you Anthony!!

Battery died today in the AZ heat. Stopped in to get a new one. Klaus handled my issue quickly and helped me install the battery. A consummate professional. Thank you Klaus and team for getting me back on the road quickly and with a smile. Oh and the new silicon wiper blades he recommended are amazing!

I was shopping at Trader Joe’s right next to O’Reily .. when i finished shopping, my car battery was dead. I walked over to O’Reily and Manny jumped my car and moved it over to the front of the store, and replaced everything for me! I am so grateful for him!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Klaus who assisted me with a new battery for my Subaru. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the type of battery I needed and he also worked with me on the pricing. I would like to recommend him if you're ever in need of anything car related. The manager of the store really helped me out today replacing a battery and getting a new starter. He helped me get the car started so that I could get it to a mechanic that could install the new starter. I failed to get his name but I was so grateful for his extra effort and customer service. A+ service today!

Stopped by because my battery was bad, I had bought the battery at an O'Reilly but for some reason they did not have the purchase linked to my phone number, however because it was a battery sold at O'Reilly's they honored the warranty. Matt helped me out and replaced the battery and tested the alternator to make sure that was not the issue either. Great attitude and great service at this location.

Very knowledgeable and excited to help! We asked if we could borrow some tools to install a part, and the assistant said "No... I'll loan you a mechanic instead! Let's go!", and he proceeded to cheerfully perform the repair. A significant improvement over my experience with other auto parts stores.

The Asst. Manager Jason did an outstanding job with assisting me in diagnostics as well as installation. He delt with me off and on for over an hour struggling in the parking lot trying to install parts on an old truck I had recently purchased and was very kind during the whole process. Will definitely be back because of him.

I love O'Reilly because they always have what I need and have the most fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly folks working there. Dalton at Elliott and Alma School was ON POINT when I went in recently for an air filter and had questions about freon and recharging my a/c in my older mini van. Thank you so much, Dalton!

I'm 2 weeks late on this review, but I highly recommend this specific location! Kayin(my apologies if I'm misspelling name) was super informative and patient with me(a new car buyer). I just left another location and Auto zone for 2nd and 3 opinion before I take my car to get fixed. They weren't as informative and also rushing to get the process overwith.

Super friendly staff. Matt helped me switch out my car battery in the toasty afternoon heat with a big smile on his face. Highly recommended location.

Took auto battery in for a recharge at 7am as they opened … picked up at 8am and reinstalled … they even put free chemical washers on the posts w/o request as a courtesy. A+ guys.

Showed up at 7:03 am needing a brand new battery and install. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and car runs good as new!

bought a battery for my BMW E60 from Casa Grande store, battery was dead upon installation. brought​ it to THIS location where i was given not only excellent service, but a brand new, higher quality battery with a longer warranty, AND a military discount which was denied in Casa Grande, which left me walking out the door with a brand new nicer than before battery and $10 cash in my hand. couldn't be happier thanks again guys!
