You ever find a place that's so exceptional that you don't really even want to tell other people about it and keep it as your own lucky find?

I got a quick smile a friendly face when I first walked in. I think it was the manager that help me find what I needed.
And then when I did a check out with Ellen (please look at her photo... Isn't she a gem!) She was able to give me a quote on some parts that I need in the future. No hassle, no judgement ...just the best. Go check these folks out you'll be glad you did.

Had to replace my starter the other day. O'Reilly's delivered what I needed with experienced knowledge, an in the system acknowledgement of me and the products I have purchased with the the warranty information. I like knowing they have the information about the parts I buy and that if they are still under warranty even without me having my receipt anymore.

Looking for a specific product and of course my local O'Reilly Auto Parts store never disappoints. Very clean store and staff is friendly and professional. They possess the knowledge to answer your questions and if they can't they have plenty of resources or experts a phone call away.

Angie (I hope I got her name right) was beyond kind and helpful. I’ve been having a hard month with my dad getting cancer and being stuck in the hospital, and with my luck my car battery died on me the day I was supposed to go to Tucson. Angie was reassuring and helped to replace my battery quicker than I could’ve expected! Turned my whole day around and I made it to Tucson! She never made me feel like I was an annoyance or as if my concerns weren’t valid. Everyone needs an Angie!

Slim was extremely helpful. He listed to what I needed and found the right part. Excellent service and good guys.

Needed a headlight bulb for my Mitsubishi and your team member was very knowledgeable and quick to help me choose the right item for my car.

We asked for info about how to install the bulb and the O'Reilly employee helping us came right outside and put the bulb in for us.

The staff was very friendly. They greeted me immediately upon entering and asked how they could assist. Within a minute I had my product. She offered friendly advice along with some funny banter and we exchanged a warm goodbye and I was on my way! Keep up the good work!

Great service. Have always bought odds and ends here. I've always gotten great recommendations and help from the staff. Most recently they installed some cabin filters for me after greulich's wanted to charge $20 just for the installation and just left the filter on the floor and the glove box disassembled after I declined. Definitely the place to go.

A dead battery brought me to O'Reillys today. Seth was very helpful and courteous. I got a new battery installed and had a pleasant conversation. In and out in 10 - 15 minutes. Excellent job O'Reillys and Seth.

I went to O'Reilly's with a dead battery. Lesley was friendly and helpful while installing my new one. Just after I left, my car stalled while I was still in the shopping center. I called the store in a bit of a panic and she came to where I was, found the connection which had jiggled loose, and got me back on the road.

Shout out!! to Alfredo, the new Manager in Ahwatukee, who is Friendly, Professional and very helpful. Good vibes when you first enter the store.

Helped me put on new windshield wiper blades. Super nice! Will come back if I need more.

These guys are awesome! My car was stranded and they totally hooked me up with everything I needed to change spark plugs; including gapping and giving me a crash course in how to change them properly. And of course, all at a great price. Thank you! :)

Great folks and Oreilleys always has what I need. Always look for the guy eith gray hair if you want to find the experienced old hand. Very courteous about parking for RV as well. Good folks A+

not a car guy at all. but i was stuck in phx cause my dodge wouldnt start or even take a jump. had it towed to tempe dodge. they said the battery was bad but i had just replaced it about 8 months ago.
took the battery in. you guys said it was good. the manager Greg took it and replaced it anyways. sad when a car dealer tries to get an extra buck. thanks for you help Greg.

Oh boy was thinking here we go i got a battery replacement as the one I had was no good I had a higher price one and you know the game but no it was replaced and I got money back from the old one that was not expected at all so go go O'Reilly's auto part's made my Christmas a little better as funds are low so thanks guys
