CALI Floors

I had been looking for months trying to find the right color and texture for a laminate floating floor for my home. I finally found Cali online and ordered several of their samples to see if any met my needs. I finally found one I really liked and ordered 850 sq. ft. Cali had it delivered to my home and the driver unloaded it at my home. The process was hassle free and very easy. The Cali floor rep I worked with was very responsive. We communicated by e-mail and phone to be sure there were no issues. I'll use them again if I have another project,

I love the new floors from Cali. Daveta did an incredible job guiding us through the ordering process, and the floors look beautiful in our home. We went with the LVP and are very happy with how it is holding up to our small children and two large dogs.

The buying and shipment process was great and straightforward. Kasey Rose was a very attentive agent and sent the samples I asked for and some based on preference to consider. I love the planks and the installer says they appear to be very high quality with a great warranty. They are not installed yet but I can’t wait until they are. It’s a beautiful product!

We had an amazing experience with Carlee Marcks. Her follow up and commitment to customer service was impressive. She was always available when we had a quick question and never made us feel pressured throughout the sales process. She was very personable, patient, and communicative. The product is high quality and as we are getting ready for the install, we can't wait to see our beautiful new flooring throughout our home. We appreciate it!

These floors are fantastic and the install has been so easy. Steve, who helped me pick out the floors and place my order, was kind and knowledgeable. He also helped to make sure that I was buying at the best price. They are beautiful and the variation is very natural looking.

We have purchased and installed Cali bamboo flooring in our home. When we needed new floors for a condo we purchased, we immediately looked to Cali for luxury vinyl planking. The quality of the product, the excellent customer service from start to finish, the delivery and installation are all superior. Our sales representative and customer support, David, was outstanding throughout the process. Our floor installer had never used Cali products before and was impressed with the quality and ease of installation of the product.

UPDATE: We received product very promptly it was in pristine condition minus 2 boxes which were slightly damaged in shipping. One phone call to customer service and 2 new boxes arrived within a couple of days! We have had the floors installed now for over 4 years and they are virtually indestructible, dogs, kids, furniture movement for cleaning, heels you name it and they are beautiful. Quality product and company.

I have been working with this company in project planning for our ongoing house renovation, off/on for 2 years and most recently, in the planning of our latest project for about 6 months d/t various delays (on our end). Brenton has been tremendously patient with the delays, endless questions and indecision, always knowledgeable and a great resource. Prompt with communication and excellent follow-up. I have to date never had a bad interaction with any of the customer service reps but he has set a new higher standard. I will update this review when we receive our product order and have everything installed, but I have thoroughly tested any and all samples of products sent and they are virtually indestructible to whatever I've tried! Looking forward to getting this high quality product installed!

After so much research, we decided that our household filled with cats, dogs, and two children would be better off with luxury vinyl floors than wood. After installing CaliBamboo North Shore Oak longboards in our entire house, we have NO REGRETS. The floors are gorgeous, and we sleep well knowing that they are hardy and waterproof!! We even installed the flooring in our bathroom. The company and the product were top notch, and my contractor said it was the best flooring with which he’d ever worked. There is so much detail and so much cushioning. It is worth every penny and I highly recommend the product.

Excellent customer service! We love our Cali Bamboo floors! They're beautiful and durable! Update: Almost 3 years later, they still look as beautiful a the day we installed them! We have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 kids. These floors are fantastic!

Just got it down over the weekend, it looks AWESOME Kasey Rose was a key to why we bought the flooring from you guys, she always had the time to reply to my emails and sent out samples so we could figure out what we wanted I give her an A+ I'll send her pictures when we have everything back together so it will help others.

I loved the flooring. It is easy to install and looks great. I have finished 3 bedrooms and a large walk-in closet. Only the office needs finished and I'm done. I almost forgot. I ordered 51 boxes with 6 planks per box (1300 sq ft) and All the materials arrived very well packed, I did not have so much as a plank with a defect.
1) I wasn't crazy about the tape. It did not stick well to anything for very long, but it was easy to use.
2) The Cali underlayment is nice to work with, but it would be better with strait edges versus the puzzle like mating edges.
3) The transitions are very nice looking and easy to install, but I would have liked an option of getting deeper tongues for installing on uneven conditions.

Incredible service and product! Flores went down nicely without any issues. Everything they said they would do. They did to perfection. I highly recommend Cali floors!
