I had an amazing, very easy-going experience here! Joe made things so simple and I could not have asked for a it’s better salesman. I absolutely love my new truck! The fact that Joe was able to come bring the truck to me while I was at work and come back to exchange the new truck for my trade-in made things so simple. I've purchased more vehicles than I can count from Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brooksville (formerly Crystal). I leased a Gladiator back in 2020 and my lease was getting ready to end. As usual, I went to MY dealership and inquired about my options. Well, I was partnered up with Joe Sylvia - a Massachusetts native (like me) - whom we bough my wife's Renegade from a few years ago.
Well - Joe did EVERYTHING to treat me like a valued customer. He went through my options, gave me plenty of no-pressure time to think things over.
After thinking it all over, I decided I wanted to trade in and get a new lease on a new Gladiator. Again, Joe walked me through "the numbers" - the first run through didn't go well (I'd asked to look into a particular financing situation) - wouldn't you know, Joe and the team discovered I could continue with my current leasing bank at a VERY VERY good rate and payment. Needless to say, I pulled the trigger.
Here's the thing - car salesmen get a bad rap because some are just out there to screw you over - that's never been the case at this dealership for me and definitely not in the last few purchases there.
I consistently recommend CDJR of Brooksville and I'll especially recommend Joe Sylvia even more in the future.

Sal was our financial associate, and he helped us with making sure we got the best bank for our buck. From the moment we walked into the dealership, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle. I was searching online for a 2-door wrangler and this dealership had exactly what I wanted. We live 4 hours away, so my fiancé got in touch with Jeff and they were able to value my trade in and get a deal put together before we drove up. Attention to detail was impeccable. I was greeted promptly introduced to the service. Writer and arrangements were made for me to get a rental vehicle as my warranty work was going to take longer than a day. I am so happy that I decided to purchase locally and contribute to the wonderful, organized operation at Brooksville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram (Meyers Group). Kathy and Janet (and many others) helped me accomplish the impossible in 1 day! Janet even transferred my license plate to new vehicle. Plus they got me a new registration from DMV! This has been my second vehicle purchase with this dealership and I must say the second time around was not different than the first. From the moment you walk in you are made welcomed by the greeters. Janet I believe was the lady who welcomed me into the dealership. I was fortunate and blessed to have been assigned Bill K. as my salesman. He listened, was very attentive and understanding of my situation. He did not try and sell me "wolf tickets," he was very transparent when offering the worst case scenario and anything above is a bonus versus the latter. The experience from start to finish with Troy rounding out the sale was less than perfection. I highly recommend this dealership for future purchases. Jeep life!

We had been looking for a sedan to replace our Jeep. CDJR Brooksville had several 300s on their website. Friday afternoon we stopped to look at what they had, took a test drive in a used 300s, wrote a check and drove home in my new car. Everyone was courteous and efficient and John made everything painless and quick. We definitely recommend this dealer and their sales staff to anyone looking for a good sales experience.

We are from NY and came to Florida to visit family. During our stay, the check engine light came on. I contacted a couple of dodge dealers in the area we were staying, and every dealer said they couldn't see us until Monday (which was after we were supposed to return to NY). This dealership was extremely friendly and let us come right in to run a diagnostic. They were so kind and even washed the car for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This place did such an amazing job taking care of my car. I had a horrible experience at another Chrysler dealership and what took them months to not accomplish, this place accomplished in two days! They were courteous, professional, punctual, and reasonable. Will definitely be back for all of my Chrysler needs.

These are the friendliest and most efficient service personnel ever! Mike, my service associate, was extremely eager to help me and went out of his way to ask someone to bring me something from my vehicle that I forgot to remove before the vehicle was taken to the back for service.
As I was standing there and waiting, I overheard a conversation between a customer and another service associate. The service associate was very empathetic and listened very intently to the customer and made every attempt to explain to her what happens and what could have happened when one drives on the rim of the wheel. The customer was not in a congenial mood herself, but the associate never gave up or walked away; he wanted his customer to know that he was available to her to answer any questions and to help get the repair taken of so that she would be able to drive without being in danger. I don't know how that ended, but this was another service associate who showed genuine care and concern about his customer.

Michael Smiley and the mechanics are so awesome! My experience with your dealership, not to forget the awesome courtesy van drivers, has been wonderful! It was a pleasant experience purchasing our 2024 Jeep Rubicon from Chrysler Dodge Ram Brooksville. My wife and I didn't know that much about Jeeps but salesperson Bill Kanehl, well informed and friendly, shared his considerable knowledge of the Jeep product and convinced us of the superiority and elegance of the Jeep Rubicon. The experience left us feeling good, especially when we look at the lovely gray Jeep now sitting in our driveway.
