I've been looking for a store, just like this. Unfortunately, this day, I was helping my teen shop, and it wasn't about me, haha. But I will be back as soon as I can. Customer service was average as far as I saw. I didn't need or receive any help. It was a great selection of clothing for women who are past the juniors section. All the clothing was classy but super cute. I was thankful not to be harassed by the employees to help me find something or suggest things. I know some people like clothing suggestions, but it's just not my cup of tea. So, I appreciated the ambiance.

Entered for a gift for mother's day and was met with warm smiles and friendly attitudes. I had no idea what to get for my mother and I am quite bad at fashion but the ladies at the store were easily able to help me find something that would both be in my mother's taste and well within budget. The earrings I purchased were very much liked when the gift was opened! Would return!

Visited the Wesley Chapel store for the first time a month or so ago. The displays were clean, well organized, and filled with really cute clothes and accessories. I purchased three pairs of super nice earrings (on sale, too!). The sales lady and manager were pleasant and helpful, even when confronted with a customer who misunderstood the sale terms and was nasty (as in rude and yelling loudly) to the manager. I will shop there again.

Great customer service!! Girl was sweet and put a dress on hold for me after another store called. It was the perfect dress I wanted for my birthday. She made sure I tried it on and told me about some of the discounts they had so that I could get the most for my money. Thank you!

I sincerely love this store! I live in Valrico but my mother lives in Wesley Chapel and when I drive out there to visit her I have to make a stop at Francesca's. Cutest clothes ever, I often try on many items and the employees help me decide which looks best. I'm 54 and sometimes find it hard to look trendy yet age appropriate, but Francesca's never disappoints!
