This is the location I always go. It’s been 22 years that I always get the best service. Today I had to do some shipping so the employee Travon helped me . With all her patience she explained and helped me step by step . Thanks for your great customer service as well. All the employees are very helpful

I was scared to go here because the reviews are so bad but my experience was great. I got there at about 4:20 on a Tuesday and there was a short line with one employee working. He was very kind and helpful. I was in and out in probably 5 minutes.

Helpful staff. Seems like a busy location, so queue will form if it takes a bit long to service a customer. I was in a queue too, but the person from Passport section and another staff pitched in to clear it in no time.

Why is the mail running at 6pm or later on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday it used to run no later than 10am what is going on?

I had to make a passport book for my daughter. When I called the location to find out their hours of operation it happened to talk to the supervisor. She seemed to be a nice person. She accommodate us right away, without making me go through the online process. Thank you for such a prompt and courteous service.

I’ve been using this post office since 1989! Never had any problems with it! Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable and efficient! I order a TON of stuff from eBay and Etsy; these guys have never messed up any of my packages! Last year, they also got my mailbox fixed within a day or 2, after my mailbox lock was damaged! Last, they’ve been great about getting my mail to me no matter what, plus also holding my mail for 2 or 3 months this past year, while I cared for my dad out-of-state, as he went through chemo and radiation treatments!!

I came in this Saturday to renew my passport for a trip to Australia. Needless to say I was in a rush. While the line was long, as it always is this time of year, there was one bright spot. Nyoka. Not only did she help both my friend and I navigate our way through the process and get everything situated, but she made us feel welcomed and kept us laughing while we hilariously tried to fumble through all the forms. Normally I see people post horrible reviews when they are unhappy. I thought I would do the same when I got great service by a very knowledgeable staff. Thanks again Nyoka!

Super nice! Went up with an envelope and a question about sending it overnight. She told me I needed to put it in a priority envelope. When I asked her where those were and I would fill it out and come back, she said I could stay there and grabbed everything for me and let me fill it out right there. Thanks! Great customer service!

I can't believe what these other people are saying about this post office...maybe they need to work for the post office.....and maybe they need to just get over themselves....Happy New Year to all those hard working clerks and carriers. And yes Thank goodness Christmas is over ...maybe next year people will try a new concept ...it's called going to the store and buying a gift ...Walking is good for you!!

My mail lady Irma is the BEST I’ve known her for some years now and let me tell you this lady is a gem! Always so pleasant, humble and goes above and beyond for us I’m so thankful for you Irma thank you for being you and the world could use more like you❤❤❤❤

Unlike the one in Wheeling this postal office was a lot more pleasant. They did seal the package for me without making me buy the tape. Plus the gentleman spoke English, can you imagine

We had a mix-up with the address on my daughter's package. I called and spoke with Mike. He had the package redelivered to my daughter within an hour of our conversation. He was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!!

I have a wonderful mailman whose name is Nate. He is very friendly and always on time. He went out of his way to bring my packages up when I was unable to walk; He is the greatest mailman around!!! No other mailman beats him!!!! He deserves an award.....

I always have a great experience when i come into this USPS store. Staff are friendly and are knowledgeable and they take the time with you and help you get the services you are looking for.

Very friendly staff, there is not a huge waiting area so make sure you if you go when its busy, that you can stand close to someone in line or comeback later. The staff is very hard working and knowledgeable, and if they can't answer your question they will find someone who can!

I have been delivered mail in Palatine for over 14 years. All mailmen and women have been professional and courteous. Especially Angelo! Keep up the good work.
