Charles was willing to work with us on getting the right material and kept bringing different samples to make sure we loved the color, type and price. Premier flooring was able to remove old hardwood on a concrete slab and fix a crack in the concrete that was 8 ft long and smoothed it over. They installed Windlass LVP and did a great job. In 2 days time they we done and did a wonderful job on the quarter round molding and all of the planks were were cut perfectly. They made us aware of things that would need to be done before and after the installation so when the job was completed we had no surprises. I highly recommend Premier flooring for a quick and skilled installation of luxury vinyl plank.

I have no words to explain how excited and happy I am with the results of my new floors. Installation went smoothly with incredibly knowledgeable and professional installers. My floors are sparkling, magnificent, solidly installed. My brother really liked how it turned out and is planning to do something similar at his house. One of the reasons I chose Premier Flooring is because they have so many great reviews online. It only seems appropriate that I provide a review of my experience with them. I’m not quick to make decisions on expensive home renovation projects so I visited several stores and showrooms in the area and got several estimates. Their showroom is great with a wide selection of products, brands and styles and is open on Saturdays. Charles and Jose are friendly and easy to work with. They provided a detailed estimate and noticed important things that other companies did not mention or account for in their estimates like the kitchen floor is 1/4” higher than the rest of the house. I purchased LVP and carpet. The products arrived quickly. Both installers did a great job, paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. Admittedly, I’m picky and I’m also very satisfied with their work. I’m so happy with my new floors. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Based on my experience with Premier Flooring, it’s easy to see why they have so many five star reviews. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

The Good, The Bad, The Incompetent, we have experienced them all!

We thought the floors in our 3-year-old house were the right choice at the time, eventually deciding to add the same flooring to the second floor, we found a local company that claimed they could match the flooring and perform the work necessary to match the stairway and landing.

Unfortunately, we soon realized this company not only misrepresented their abilities and expertise, but they also butchered our stairway. We made the decision to replace all the flooring in the house and fix the incompetent work of both the builder and last flooring company.

After vetting several floor companies in the area, we found Premier Flooring. We met with Chuck in the Raleigh office, he assisted us in finding great options and even survived our consumer interrogation.

We made an in-home appointment, Chuck took measurements, examined our needs for an entire stairway re-build and made it clear they were capable of taking on this project.

Being this project was a bit more complicated than a typical floor install and required craftsmen capable of performing the intricate work that would meet our expectations, Chuck and Milo brought in additional specialists to consult on the project. They not only brought transparency to the project proposal, but also examined every detail prior to bringing forward two proposals. Surprisingly one of them was a down sell, clearly indicating their only goal was to deliver a product we were going to ultimately be happy with.

This is a one stop shop, they handled everything and scheduled everything, they were transparent up front on what to expect and stuck to their schedule. As the project progressed, Milo stopped out several times to check in. The crew maintained a very punctual schedule, they maintained high attention to detail throughout the entire install, and literally left no unfinished surface exposed. Even the additional cleaning crew service was very impressive, the house has never been cleaner after they finished.

Mike spent three days replacing the entire stairway, he took additional steps to protect our home and explained each step of the way. Mike’s work on the stairwell was phenomenal, he is a master of his craft and delivered a beautifully finished stairway that finally fits the contemporary design of the home.

We could not be happier with the end result. Premier Flooring delivers white glove service, I wish we would have found them earlier. They are more than capable; they have all the right people doing the work and deliver on their commitment to the customer.

Premier flooring and design helped me out when the person who was going to install flooring fell through at the last min. In 48 hours the job was done and exceeded expectations. Jose and Juan were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

I just want to start off by saying that I love the way I was treated from when I first came into the office to when they finished their amazing work. Everyone was super nice and helpful especially Mrs. Jennifer I was a bit complicated and she was just absolutely amazing and patient with me and helped me figure out what I wanted and what looked best I ended up getting backsplash in my kitchen with a herringbone pattern with marble and I also got a double frame around the stove to accent it and let me not forget the amazing job they did on my niche that they built I couldn’t have gone with a better company then premier flooring thank you guys very much and keep up the hard work!

We worked with Jose Luna on our carpet and LVP purchase and install. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as very patient helping us to decide which products fit our needs.
