SEPHORA at Kohl's

I shopped Sephora online for delivery so I haven't as yet visited the Sephora counter at Kohl's.

New staff at this location. Kimberly was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Had a great time shopping here.

Cruz is very knowledgeable about makeup and professional. Plus I love his makeup!

I was so excited to shop here because it is very close to my home. I was able to shop online and pick up curbside which was great as I am a mother of two young boys who prefer not to makeup shop with me. Unfortunately, I recieved a damaged eyebrow pencil and because I did not save the paper copy of my receipt and tossed the sephora gift bag it was attached to, I am stuck with the item. Although I had email confirmation of the purchase, I was told I needed the printed receipt because "the system requires it". I have always been able to present the card I purchased my item with to handle returns/exchanges. In the future, I will save my receipt but I thought this information might be helpful when shopping at this location.

Takes a long time to restock products and of course they don’t have as many products as full sephoras. Gets the job done for basics though.

Too many negative customer reviews for me to risk shopping.

After asking if there was a perfume in stock, I was given a snobbish and rude response by the guy working there. He made me uncomfortable as if I wasn't worthy to shop there, I asked multiple times for the perfume and his response was "well its $150" as if I couldn't afford it. I said I would still like it, and he said "well its in the back" so I left after having this horrible experience I've never felt belittled like that in any other Sephora I go to.

if i could give less stars i would, ive been here two times and both times one specific lady with an accents was extremely rude and quick with me. i asked for samples to which she told me to get them myself. when i got the foundations myself she proceeded to ignore me the whole time and had an attitude while filling them. once i got home to use said samples there was less than a pump of foundation, like i could literally see the bottom. never coming again. will be giving a call to a manager in the morning.

March 03, 2024 we came in store exactly 8:39PM
we just browsing about a minute the staff came to us and said 10 more minutes store will close. After that we came to check out, 2 lady staffs talking with me without looking my face. It's really bad attitude with customers, they don't want to serviced and they don't have name tag on their shirt. We don't want to come here anymore.

By far the worst customer service. The employees act snobbish and if they are better than people, when they work retail. I went in with my daughters back to school shopping and we had found an eyeshadow inside the kohls store on a display they had on the opposite side of the store, no where near Sephora. They have several of these displays through the store, since the merchandise is travel size. Well my daughters and I walk inside Sephora to look for the same eye shadow we found on a display bc one side of the box was open. So we asked the lady if she could help us and Qkbpoint us where to find the same eyeshadows. At this kept making make me and ed She kept lovma itwas watching us and would gof her way to follow us or stay in our widow, and there risked are small. Once she noticed we were annoyed by her she had someone else come up to us and do the same thing. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable, and other people noticed because they made it a point to tell me that they couldn’t wwbelieve this, and I should call corporate. As I was walking out of the Sephora section to the children section, the lady stopped me and embarrassed me telling me that I had to give her the makeup in my cart (which was an eyeshadow and small mascara) she went on to say that I had to give it to her because it had to be purchased before it could taken out the Sephora section which is tbecause this is the same travel size Makeup I had picked out from a display located outside of the Sephora section.:::;::

Please never shop here. The service is wildly bad. Angry women who dont want to work or help. I went to return an item and didnt have the receipt. I had my credit card and my sephora rewards as proof and they were not only rude but hostile and unprofessional. I was treated like a criminal opposed to being treated like a customer. I finally spoke with a manager named Taina. Omg she was worse than the other employees. If you ever want to have the cops called on you for asking for an exchange than come here. Lazy, uneducated, bullies who are racist....this place has it all. Wildly sad.

I’ve come here before to purchase makeup. The old lady that works there walks around and looks at me like I’m going to steal something. I bought a concealer recently that did not work out and I tossed the receipt because I spilled something on the bag it was in. The older lady said no receipt, no return. I’ve been to Sephora for years, I know you can look it up with the beauty insider. She treated it like I stole the item, I offered email, beauty insider to look up the purchase she said no sorry. I called another location and they said they could look up my card or beauty insider. I knew it… I won’t be coming back to this Sephora.

I would rather have walked through a prison then walk in here. Prisoners at least have more morals than these employees. If I could leave zero stars I would do so. They have uneducated women who lack communication skills. Kohl’s has managers running a store who really shouldn’t be mangers (Taina). Bottom line Sephora should really consider pulling their partnership from Kohl’s. I will be calling a store manager when she gets back in to review this mess and taking it to Kohl’s CEO.

Waste of time and lack of customer service I had called at 7:30 today to check on the perfume to see if they have it and I gave the exact details. The lady answered. Yes, I have three so I made my way about 20 minutes away from home just to go and find out that they do not have one on hand although I did call earlier very poor customer service, and no respect for the customers time

DO NOT SHOP HERE “ Rouge Member” purchased a brand new item 2 days ago which you can see on my purchase history however I’m unable to exchange w/o a physical receipt not return but EXCHANGE..contacted customer service they said “KOHLS” operate different and if I had purchased from a free standing Sephora I would be okay with no hesitation. Never again!

I was excited to visit my neighborhood Sephora. I had a group of us looking forward to do some shopping . Sad to say , we couldn’t do that , do to employees breathing down our necks and looking at us like we are about to steal something . I refuse to shop at these location , not worth my time . Employees , with the exception on the guys need to be trained on how to approach properly and respect our personal space.

Just save your gas. There's nothing in stock here and the brands are limited. To 5-8 maybe. There's too many employees for a small space. Go online so you can get the offers and the samples. Save your time beauty enthusiasts

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! TERRIBLE customer service! I just went to buy some make up I need it, they’re were out of everything I was looking for. The two sales persons were there just for the show because they have no customer service skills, they didn’t offer other options since they didn’t have the products I was looking for, and they made it seem like it wasn’t their fault that the products were advertised at a different price. Just HORRIBLE!!
