While most other companies were closed for New Year's Day, Carlos was willing to visit my home and repair my CAT6 ethernet cable that was broken by Google Fiber's installation techs. He respected our home by removing his shoes when he entered. He repaired my cable within 20 minutes and encouraged me to test and confirm my network was functioning properly before he departed. UPDATE: I reached out to this company on a Wednesday, and on Friday he showed up as promised.
We have had issues with our security cameras for nearly a year and within 30 minutes he had them seamlessly working again and synced to our electronics. What a feeling of relief knowing my family is safe and all around the perimeter of my home, I know what's going on!
