They were closed when I stopped by after going to La Cantera Apple Store just to be told come back tomorrow we have no available appointments, this guy was closed opened his door restarted my baby’s phone did a soft reset & checked her storage in 2 seconds no charge after closing!!!! If I EVER have another issue will not go to the mall, he has my business forever!!!! Saved me money & more importantly my time!!!! What a sweet guy!!!

I was so pleased with the work Austin did to fix my phone. He was fast, non-judgmental and got it working so fast. Service was fast, price was perfect and all with a smile. I'll definitely be back the next time I have phone issues.

Go to place when I break something on my iPhone or get water damage. They have always been very attentive and friendly. Keith really helped me with my latest water damage incident😊

I didn't think I would be able to recover my contacts and photos because my battery expanded on the back of my phone and couldn't keep a charge. They were able to recover everything. I will definitely be back. Customer service is amazing!

Tech's appear extremely knowledgeable. Everyone is courteous and helpful. No one has the "I hate my job" attitude that seems to be permeating most customer service industries. I always bring my tech issues to you guys and recommend y'all to others. I think all the employees are awesome!

I I know that when I first walked in the door, I came in like a wrecking ball and full of frustration, but I was met with a pleasant and peaceful Keith. It was his ability to pay attention to all small needs that change my over all experience and literally shift my entire day for the better. He allowed me to vent about something that was completely out of his control, and then go above and beyond to fix it. He met each person needs and true angel on earth. Keith and the other gentleman in the store kept a nice atmosphere. To add cherries on top he fixed my phone. Thank you guys

The customer service rep (Austin) was extremely professional and knowledgeable with the problem that I had with my phone. After dropping my phone off to be repaired he quoted me a time it would be ready and my phone was repaired within the designated time. Great job Austin!😁

One sign that you’re working with a professional is that he/she can often resolve issues immediately because of his/her expertise in his/her unique field. Employee Kieth Jean is that type of professional. Stellar service!

Great customer service! Took my Apple Watch in for a replacement crystal. There were some complications (no fault of theirs), and instead of returning it and refunding the fee, they replaced the watch. All techs I dealt with were polite and knowledgeable. I will return for any future repairs.

These guys did a great job of repairing my cracked screen. It looks and works like it did when I brought the phone. They use manufacture parts and they were on target and on time!

Keith is a very customer service oriented and an expert in his field. I had the occasion to observe him dealing with myself and other customers. He did so very well and displayed an understanding of his craft and expertise and fielded questions and explained the work needed or completed to the satisfaction of all the customers. His ability to communicate and educate customers on use and repairs made on the equipment presented for repair was very admirable. I fully felt he has a full understanding or his job, and I felt very confident with his explanation of how I should proceed with the use of my equipment based on his explanation.
He should be considered for promotion ahead of his contemporaries.
