Dr Steiner is an excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable in her profession she is ver caring. I have been coming to see Dr Steiner for last fifteen years and she has attended to all my medical needs. Dr Steiner office staff are very caring and always there to assist you in anyway they can.

I’ve been going to Dr. Steiner’s office for over 2 years now & I have had all around great experiences. In the past, I have seen two different PA’s and they were amazing! Dr. Steiner is amazing as well and really works with you to find a fitting treatment plan. I had given up on pain management years prior, due to being told I am too “young” to have a debilitating auto immune disease & Dr. Steiner & her staff treated me like an actual human. She has pretty cool stories to tell also! It is a busy office, but that speaks for itself. Oh & her MA’s are the best!

Dr Steiner is a great pain manager she listens to your needs and gives you appropriate medication I've been to many other pain managers and Dr Steiner is the best

I came into this appointment for my first time having already read some good reviews and all the bad ones.
I’ve been in and out of specialists, dr’s, and hospitals all year due to multiple brain lesions and an unknown muscular and nerve issue from an accident that accelerated everything. Out of every single specialist I have seen all year, she has been the most thorough, she has found one diagnosis on the spot out of many that all these dr’s have been trying to find and not only that she has put in all the necessary referrals for me to examine parts of my body that other specialists didn’t care to look at. What I’m understanding in looking at some of those specific reviews is blatant racism, sexism and a misdirected frustration from chronic pain.
Alicja Steiner is a straight forward woman who was obviously careful in what she gave me due to my condition, she walked me through how what she’s giving me will be handled through my insurance and how it works with a print out summary of everything we just did.
You’re not going to be coddled but you’re going to be well taken care of.
As far as the front desk, they were also just straight forward and did their job well, they’re not obligated to giggle at you while they help you out. There is a wait but it’s worth getting the help you’re getting rather than sitting at your house for that amount of time in pain and not being proactive about it.
As for the old racist guy leaving a review for her to be in pain, that’s embarrassing for you.
Everyone has their own experiences but the negative reviews and what I just experienced was more than a day and night difference
