Very helpful and accommodating staff. I asked for low-carb options and they made for me beef and vegetables. The food was delicious. Prices are very reasonable.

Favorite Chinese food restaurant in Plano. Everything is prepared fresh after you place your order. It’s a family owned business...the sweet Asian lady that takes the orders is so friendly and helpful. I’m very impressed that she has learned enough Spanish to communicate with her Hispanic customers. I love the shrimp pad Thai...but everything is very delicious. High 5 to Royal Chopstix.

Best Chinese food around. Not sure why people post comments about slow wait times. I have never had to wait long when ordering from here. Yes they are short staffed, but the owners and their staff work extremely hard to produce amazing food and show kindness to their customers. This type of quality customer service is worth any wait time that you may experience.

I love love love their beef fried rice. I've been to a few places and one are as good. They are so friendly and nice, and even though the portions aren't as big as they use to be, and the prices have gone up a bit. the taste is always great.

The woman upfront is always kind. We just started coming here and everytime we come she talks w the customers she remembers and asks how they’re doing. It’s such a cool thing to see! The food is great! We order and have leftovers!

I frequent this restaurant and get the same thing EVERY single time! Shrimp lo mein with extra shrimp!

It could be a hit or miss, depending on the cook... But it's definitely my favorite item on the menu.

I imagine their other items are really good, as they stay busy and there are always people dining inside!

I’ve been coming here for years with my family and friends and now my son! The workers you can tell are tired but despite that they work so hard and have such a positive and friendly attitude every time !
The food never fails to be so delicious and the spicy sauce is so good with a combination fried rice.
