M Noodle & Cafe

Had a wonderful dinner. We had Pho and I ordered the steak and rice, both dishes were very delicious. We also had ordered spring rolls. Yummy!!

This is our go to pho place here in Gilroy. Excellent noodle soup - I always get the steak noodle and the wife usually gets the veggie noodle. Tons of food for a great price and the service is fast and friendly.

Super friendly service, delicious food ready quickly. Def get the BBQ chicken vermicelli!!! We were about to eat in the car before hitting the road again, the owner saw us and insisted we eat at a table! They have a great outdoor setup and they brought us water and tea, so sweet!

Walked past this place for 4 years and finally decided to stop inside for lunch. So mad that I didn't try earlier. Went 3 times in 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and ready to serve your table. Food is top notch, hearty & fresh portions, and it's out super quick. I keep ordering the same thing, but get made when I see how good all the items look that I didn't order. Really good price for large serving. Also, the meat portions in the pho seem very heavy handed and better quality than expected. Clean restaurant!

Best Pho I’ve ever had. Serving size is really big, you get meat in every bite, the broth is just amazing! It’s worth it. I highly recommend this place. Friendly people too.

Been coming here since it opened. Always had pho in san jose which was the best but this still is my go to in gilroy.

Delicious food with numerous dish choices. Everything was fresh and well prepared. In fact, the entire time we were there, staff could be seen and heard cutting vegetables and creating tight, compact beef balls for the soups. All of that paired with excellent companions always help to create an emotional, memorable experience. For me, that's what meals are all about. When in the area, I would definitely consider returning with my friends.

The restaurant is clean, decor is in progress. The food is great.
Came in for lunch on a Thursday. The menu seemed very cmfortable and familiar. Before the pandemic, there was a New Tung Kee in Gilroy. It did not survive, but one of the employees took the menu and ran with it. He opened M Noodle Cafe and, I have to say, M is much better. The Pad Thai is perfect.

Came here for the 1st time with my husband. It was delicious, we both ordered pho which was tasty and the portions were very generous. The owner Andy is so friendly and made us feel welcomed right away, the passion tea is a must try and the egg rolls as well. We will definitely be back again to try more dishes. Fast friendly service with amazing food, you can't beat it!

The food is wonderfully prepared. A wide selection on the menu. Pho soups, rice plates and appetizers are all tasty.Food served nice and hot.

They are attentive, quick to serve, and have good food.

I got the #42 combination rice plate (with chicken, pork, shrimp and vegetables) and the #61 appetizer (3 spring rolls) - the food was ready in about 10 minutes, and every bite was delicious. I'm just sorry that I'm only passing through this area, and I probably won't have the chance to come back.

I went there for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The day prior to going to the restaurant I was looking at the reviews with a majority of them having a common theme of the items being a little over priced. After eating there I can confidently say that the price is worth is. I ordered pho for about $13, it comes in a large bowl with lots of noodles and beef or meat of your choosing. Not only that but they also provide you with a plate with a generous amount of Thai basil, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeno slices. On top of all of that, they have a wide variety of condiments on each table. I highly recommend try this place at least once.

We get the pho mostly, but the stir fry stuff is really good. It's the best I have found in Gilroy.

The atmosphere is what you normally expect from this type of restaurant, it's very casual.

Their food is spectacular! I was so sad to see New Tung Kee noodle shut down, but upon hearing of his new restaurant, i had to try their chow fun. And it is soo soo good! The best in the area! And the business owner is such an amazing person. He always does right by his customers! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'll be back again next week!
