Waited for a while to get a flu shot , but it was free . Thank God for that .

Sometimes they are good and sometimes I wouldn’t take anyone here.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! CAN NOT FILL PRESCRIPTIONS CORRECTLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!! DO NOT USE THEM, YOUNG WOMAN NAMED VALENCIA IS RUDE AND LAUGHS ABOUT GETTING INTO TROUBLE, SHE DOESN'T CARE AT ALL. There is a girl named Hailey that is very nice to bad she can't be there all the time.

I wish I could give this pharmacy negative stars or zero stars . This is THE WORST PHARMACY EVER. The techs are totally incompetent. In the latest issue with my prescription, the tech ultimately tells me “what the problem is” & that it would be after 2 o’clock (I’m speaking to her at 8:30 am) bc the pharmacy is short staffed . I’ve spoken with the nurse at the doctor’s office & the insurance company representative, who told me what to say to the pharmacist & for the pharmacy to call the insurance company help desk number to process the prescription so that the pharmacy will stop rejecting the refill order (The refill has been rejected/cancelled 3 times) The pharmacy tech tells me that’s not the problem - I’m furious that these people are dealing with lives & have no business working in a pharmacy. Transferring my prescription. This pharmacy needs to be shut down.

My doctor’s office has to call in my prescription 3 times and the nurse waited on hold for 5 minutes. The pharmacist named Shay was ride with her.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I could understand if one or two issues or mistakes came up, but almost EVERYTIME I pick up medicine there is a problem. The wait is SUPER LONG even if it’s only 3 cars in line and it is irritating to wait that long to get up to the line and be told there is a problem or it’s not ready. It’s not ready even when you get a text message telling you your order is ready for pick up.
One of my prescriptions, I have been denied every time I tried to get it at this location (they claimed several times they had fixed one of the numbers they had wrong on the prescription plan) I went right to another Walgreens and had no problem picking it up. Today I was told it’s on back order, called the other Walgreens and they told me they will have it ready tomorrow. This was my last straw. I’m going to transfer everything to the other location even though it’s further away. Another thing is they never have the same people working in the pharmacy. It’s always someone different that will tell you something different. Several times I went to pick up medicine and a sign was posted that said “ No pharmacist on duty”. Come on Walgreens Prattville… get it together

Worst service and care ever. When to pickup some medicine and they told me that my regularly $28 medicine was next to $300 now. I explain to the lady that that was wrong and ask them to call and find out why it jumped 300% and she said we don’t do that anymore. Huh? I guess their new motto is Money over care - were a business and we want our money. They won’t help any customers. Basically we don’t care it’s business. I decide right then and there I’m done with that Pharmacy, I don’t want people that just want to run a business that’s the problem with medicine it’s not business it’s personal and it’s caring and they don’t have either one of them.

Shay the pharmacist was rude when the lady running the desk tried to ask about a prescription. She then proceeded to argue about it. I’ve used Walgreens for years but no longer will thanks to Shay.

When for flu vaccine appointment for my kids which are both older than 36 months. Was told they are too young for it. She was clearly confusing the flu vaccine with covid, but would not provide. Incompetence runs strong here.

If I could give ZERO stars it would be too generous. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with and the people are worse. Be prepared to have your prescription DENIED to you, even if it’s a 30 day supply and it’s day 32! Be prepared to be treated as though you’re a drug addict if you dare confront them. Be prepared to be HUNG UP ON by the “pharmacy manager”. Take your business ANYWHERE ELSE, trust me, ANYWHERE. I have a health care provider in Auburn and he told me “I had no idea you were using Walgreens. They are horrible and the one in Prattville is the worst”. That’s a quote from a DOCTOR.

To get an offer advertised in their sale paper, I had to get a rewards card at the register, bring it home and set up an online account on my computer, scroll thru a long page of sale items until i found the one i wanted, clip it to add it to my account, then go back to the store, purchase the item and show my smart phone to the clerk so she can give me the sale price. That's a lot of hoops to jump thru just to save a dollar. I wont be doing this again.

Slow service in pharmacy! Takes for ever.
