I was shopping for some pegboard and was assisted by a very nice young man. His name is Bladimir. He helped me load two sheets of pegboard on my cart. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I needed some construction film and some male and female ends for extension cords that needed repair. He gave exception customer service. He took me to all of the items I needed. He even helped me with my cart to the checkout and helped me load the pegboard into my truck. He was awesome!! He provided exceptional customer service. You don't find this kind of service in most places.

We personally haven't ever had any issue here. They are always friendly, except the normal few that you run into like at other stores that have an attitude for whatever reason. Other than that it is clean in there no issues finding things or getting help. Now the plants can be hit or miss sometimes

Prattville store, Asked for particular size electrical wire, was in and out in less than 20 minutes plus saved $6.00.
Oddly when mentioned stopped at Home Depot across highway first, all Lowe's employees there around me said, "we all used to work at that stupid management is reason we came over here. I replied hope not cause of that floor manager, he's definitely a problem child. "Oh yea black hair guy?" Yup stood at door when walked in, asked him 3 times for help. A customer gets tired having to walk back up to front to ask same person for help 3 times. Fourth time walking back up where he still stood doing nothing. I said, you're lazy I asked you 3 times for help, but you not once seemed to give a hoot. Then he said wrong words: and I said, don't care who mommy or daddy is, likely they know you have smart mouth too; so what got to say now. Guys guy actually moved behind a counter room, hope he did call mommy 🤣

Always helpful and friendly staff!!! Just bought another carpet from them to replace the one we bought 11 years ago at the Wichita Falls Texas Lowe’s! So quality products!!

I went in thinking door kickplate, and that's all; I was lucky this time. I actually got a representative who knew right where it was! The item was actually there with a limited variety, but I was able to get one that would work. The cashier was friendly and courteous. What I enjoyed about this visit was. Go in, get what I want with little to no difficulty. Locating it, paying for it, and leaving!

Myself and my elderly Mother shop here for cleaning supplies, light bulbs, ect., And we are always able to find appropriate assistance on those out of the ordinary, fix-up items that every home owner needs. This Monday was our monthly outing to Lowe's and we got all of the smiling help and assistance that two slower old folks require sometimes. Always a pleasure to shop here.

I recently went through a complete home renovation...1 of the items I purchased from Lowe's was a pivot glass shower door...the door was beautiful...unfortunately, it was cut wrongly by the manufacturer...even though it was no fault of Lowe's, Demi arranged to have it picked up and issued a credit immediately...I ordered a different door, received it quickly and all was fine...thanks Demi for taking care of the issue with minimal stress for me 🙃😁

Quick pickup of some shelving, and was not finding what I had in mind. Stopped and asked an associate and was greeted and immediately taken to the right area and was able to get what I wanted. Straight through to checkout and no issues with mil discount and purchase with a electronic gift card. Super smooth total shopping experience...gonna make it a point to come early next time again. I do shop here often, and this has been the best experience by far.

I bought a pivot shower door that turned out to be cut wrongly...I spoke to Demi who was very polite and helpful...she arranged to have the defective door picked up from my home and issue a refund quickly...she was very kind, professional, and prompt...thanks Lowe's in Prattville!!! :-)

Very easy I ordered a shower one line and picked it up curbside. They had it our to me with I'm 10 min.

After a horrible 2 week ordeal and experience with Home Depot, I returned my damaged dryer and went to Lowes and had the best experience with Tracy and Raven. They were very helpful and found a way to get us taken care of! Thank you both.

I had a great experience @ Lowe's this time! I asked an employee to help me w/pool salt & he did & we ended up finding out that we both had recently changed from chlorine to salt water pools... Guess I was led to him 😂 Thank you Charles!

Tito is the Doors section was phenomenal. He not only took care of my and I, but also was very patient and helpful to the elderly customers before us. It’s great for kids to see excellent customer service and people skills in person. Great Job!

Received more help with finding what was needed than ever and they were knowledgeable of my needs walked us all the way with everything, the best experience in a long time, thanks Lowes.

Paid 200$ for fence panels for curbside pickup. They told me parking in curbside pickup isn't where I should be. Moved truck and trailer to garden center as directed. No one came. Went back inside and was told I was in front where it's well lit and not where I should be and we should pull to the dark side of the garden center where the gate is and someone would be there. We waited in the semi-dark for a while after seeing the panels we needed just sitting there we grabbed two hoping they were the ones we paid for and left after being there an hour for a curbside pickup. I've never felt more like an Honor System participant than I did that night.

Yesterday we bought a dishwasher and a dryer the person who helped us his name was Tori I can't express enough how polite he was we had him running in the back to see what they had in stock he made no faces or didn't seem annoyed like some of the workers do. He should be thanked by the company because we weren't the only ones who he was helping alot of the other employees were asking him to do something and he was polite and said I'll be back and it wasn't just one it was several so that tells me he is a hard worker!
