We had a great time last night, everyone enjoyed their food. They were very busy but didn't skip a beat!!!

We were quickly seated and our waitress was awesome. The food came out in a timely manner and at the same time. Everything was fresh. Our glasses never got empty. It's a laid back place where you can go as a couple, with family or with a group of friends. Price range from $$-$$$.

Food was good, I did have to send my salmon back because it wasn’t cooked long enough to my liking but I didn’t have any problems after that. Customer service was EXCELLENT! My baby got the Mac and cheese and broccoli. I had the salmon over rice with broccoli and sweet potato

One of the top LongHorn locations in the nation. The food, service, and atmosphere are consistently top notch. One of the best places around for steaks and ribs. Recently added the Strawberry and Pecan Salad to my list of great choices here.

So it was a normal day then BAM 💥 someone had our last name so they came in and took our spot. I say that because what happens next.. we finally sit down and I ordered the chicken sandwich with the parmesan cheese crust BOOM looks good and tasted like it looks… so we go to pay for the food then BAMM some god fearing person(s) anonymously pays for our food!! So I call this THE GOOD LUCK CHICKEN SANDWICH.. and service was amazing my waiter said no one had ever gotten this sandwich and I had all the other staffs amazed at the choice!!!

I am in the restaurant now. Enjoying a lovely lunch. I started off with their table bread and a bowl of their loaded potato soup which was very good. For my meal, I am enjoying their Parmesan crested chicken with rice pilaf as my side. Those are also quite good. Watching the servers and managers work the floor, which is quite busy today, has been very impressive. They are communicating with microphones to let team members know what's needed and are helping one another take care of the customers which is a beautiful thing to watch and obviously great for us.

The Parmesan Crusted Chicken is legendary, but I prefer the Prattville Location! Great customer service, clean, and the food is cooked to perfection.

I'm a little late with my review, but I want to mention that my husband and I ate here a few days ago. Our waitress was Cam, and we enjoyed her being our waitress. It was a little crowded, but Cam was very inviting and very attentive. The food was delicious and we definitely look forward to going back.

Went to the Labor Day Classic football game and stayed at the Days Inn next to this Longhorn. After the came and had a great meal. The servers were quick and attentive. The food was hot and made to order. Loved the Mango Marguarita! I would definitely come back!

Had a great lunch here with friends. Staff was great and didn't try to rush us out when we were done eating. Used up a gift card I got for giving blood recently. Win/win!

This will always be a go to for a special occasion. The workers are so kind and the food is usually perfect. Though, sometimes the steak can be cooked below what I requested, but they always fix it for me. Great place with kind people, and amazing food.

Ribeye and pice pilaf with baked potato were amazing. The Chocolate Stampede was enough for 4 or more and was delicious ly creamy and delightful.

Wish there was one closer to Wetumpka. We pickup and take home. Food is always great and always as ordered. Place is always packed. I with they could find a way to make pickup orders easier. parking is so hard to find ppl park in the pickup parking and there is no where to park. We always bring someone to jump out and go get the order while I circle the lot with the other 20 cars.

The food was horrible .. we order 3 outlaw steaks(2medium well & 1 well done) .... One steak came out with a plate full of blood .. the 2nd steak had a puddle of blood setting on the steak and the 3 steak was bloody also!!! We sent them back to the kitchen and when we got them back they had burnt to the point where they were not edible!!! We spoke to the manager a 2nd time and he had them recooked!! It took over an HR and half before we received the new steaks and then I was overcharged!!! This was the worst experience I ever had ... I will be contacting corporate!!!

The food is delicious but Cheyanne is the GOAT!! She is friendly, attentive and so much fun!! She even makes dining alone great! ❤ ❤ ❤

Went there for Valentine 2024 and it was great the service was excellent the food was served the waiter was on time making sure that we had everything that we needed. I will recommend this restaurant Prattville is excellent great service even the manager came around to make sure everything was all right with everyone.

The bread and chicken fingers are so tasty. I also love their broccoli! I always get mine double steamed, because I don’t like it to be crisp at all. Something they use to season the broccoli just gives it a unique flavor.

Great service and terrific food. We had the Flo's Fillet with signature Mac and cheese. Cooked medium rare, the cut was tender and juicy. The Mac and cheese was perfect. It was peak lunch hour but we didn't have to wait very long and the waitress was attentive and cordial despite being very busy.

The service was great. Our server was Jake. He was spot on with serving us. Visitors from Las Vegas. Loved the drinks and the food. They were surprised by the proportions of everything. Compared to Vegas prices, the meal was a steal to them.
It was packed. We were greeted and seated quickly. First time in a Longhorns, for me. I was told the Prattville Longhorns was a great dining experience. I was very pleased, as were my visitors.

This Longhorn never disappoints! I highly recommend the firecracker chicken wraps, and I had the fried chicken sandwich today and it was amazing. I usually get a steak and it's always cooked perfectly or the management makes sure they fix it. Vernies was our server and she did a great job! Well managed location!
