O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Great experience from start to finish. Out of town for work and needed a quick bite, party of 1. Was greeted nicely and seated quickly. Not busy for 5pm on a workday. Placed my order and didn’t have much of a wait and got my food hot and fresh! Everything was delicious and Emmanuel was great. Give this place a chance, they even have a good happy hour special!

Stopped here for their Louisiana sirloin, still the amazing steak I remembered! The service was great, overall really love stopping by here!

Called in a to go order15 minutes before closing time last Friday night and surprisingly, the team member who took my order did so without hesitation. She was friendly, patient and understanding that I was starving and on the move. Many restaurant staff members should follow this girls customer service skills and use her as an example on how to treat every customer regardless of the size of their ticket or timing. Hats off to this young lady and her hiring manager.

The food was hot, fresh, and the service was great. There was no wait.

My mother in law and I had been driving for several hours during a bad storm. We popped in here right as they opened and from the hostess to every one we passed, we were greeted with a smile and kind words. Our server Raul was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. I was sold on the hospitality alone, but the food was superb!

The food was very good. The service my family and I received from Courtland was outstanding. Her menu knowledge and her smile was so pleasant. She made us very happy with her attention to keeping our drinks filled

A friend and I went on yesterday. It was the best food and service I have had in a long time. We were greeted with such great joy from entering to leaving. My husband and I came in Tuesday afternoon and ate an early dinner. We enjoyed everything about the visit. Service was great. I came back today Wednesday for a quick lunch and sat with Tina. She was amazing, greated me quickly made sure i had everything i needed and the chicken nachos came out very quick and was everything i expected. I will be back very soon. Thanks for the great experience.

My husband and I ate dinner here on November 7, 2022.
If I could give our server 10 stars, I would !! Due to staff shortage, he was doing it all that night, and he rocked it out of the park ! He greeted us with a huge smile & a great attitude, he took our order, served our food and tended bar, as well !! My only regret is not remembering his name so I could give him the full recognition that he deserves.
I hope corporate reads this & tracks him down to acknowledge his stellar professionalism and thank him for being such a tremendous asset to both, this location and the company !!

Had to have my meal replaced due to an error with my Togo order. However upon speaking with the general manager they offered to replace it. So today we came in and it was slow unfortunately but it gave us the chance to socialise with our server. She was amazing!! Food came out quickly, was hot, and tasted fantastic!!

So honestly, if you are ever in the prattville area ask for Emily. She was fantastic and made our visit worth a second try.

Really good food, sat at a booth in the bar area, shout out to the really nice waitresses who was our server, she gave my son and daughter some sweet rolls to go. That made their day. The food was really yummy.

Came in for early dinner slash late lunch with my parents, who are both very nice and equally particular with their food. They loved their food. Tina took great care of us with great southern hospitality. The chicken tenders were delicious, as well as ribs and catfish. Next time we will make sure to save room for the blackberry cobbler and the caramel pie. Don’t forget to ask for Tina, she is the best!

Ate lunch at O'Charley's today, great experience, the food we ordered was delicious (I had Southern chicken drizzled with honey, and substituted tortilla soup for one of my sides), and the complimentary rolls soft and hot, with real butter (our table kept asking for more, I think we ended up getting three rounds LOL). Our server was personable and honest, at the end he checked back to make sure I had meant to include a bigger bill that had accidentally gotten mixed in with his tip.

Veteran's Day, first food choice old and dry, and tasted bad. Second choice was raw uncooked meat. Charged Vets for coffee. Waitstaff inattentive and poorly trained.

11/28 post note: The General Manager Ms. Wheeler, at O'Charleys contacted me and had sent me a gift certificate for a replacement meal. I will be dropping in tomorrow to enjoy my lunch.

11/29 update: I dropped in today, incognito, and enjoyed a delicious lunch with a friend. The grilled chicken salad on rice was tasty. Their fully loaded baked potato met all expectations. Our server, Tina, was a joy to work with and left nothing to want. Kudos to Tina and staff for a great experience today. Thank you.

Just want to say that the Prattville, AL location has an awesome waitress named Jade. She was VERY attentive and accommodating. She smiled the whole time and was very helpful. So many others could learn from her level of customer service.

My second time coming to this restaurant me and my husband enjoyed every bit the food was awesome and the bartender, Sterling, was really nice . Thank you Sterling.

I had the absolute best server Monday during lunch! Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure that my experience there was terrific! Stephanie suggested the Monday $5 Chicken Nachos! They were fantastic! Thank you so much for the excellent experience Monday, Stephanie!

Our food was good, I got chicken and my wife got a burger. Food was good, French fries were seasoned well. Our server was Hayden, we will be back again, and We will ask for her to take care of us. I highly recommend her and the margaritas.
