The steaks were cooked to order. Service was excellent. The Blooming Shrimp is a huge appetizer at a reasonable price.

Food had great flavor and served hot. Service by Jessica was top notched. Heard how she serviced the table behind us with kids. She’s wonderful and very engaged. We’ll be back😀

Bryan G is the MAN. Took care of us all night, was very attentive and quick with the service. Made everything quick and easy and kept us entertained with some stories and took the time to get to know us. Gave us a great start to our weekend

We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Prattville restaurant. Our server was so nice and pleasant. The food was good and we would return if we are in the neighborhood.

Me and my family went last night. We had a GREAT experience. Chris was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, polite, and brought us everything we asked for quickly. I would 100/10 recommend going and asking for him. The manager (I apologize for not remembering his name) was also very courteous and checking on the customers in the restaurant.

The best experience at this restaurant, this was our first time to come to this restaurant and was pleased with all, all the service was good they work as a team, we got our food on time definitely will be back.

So delicious and excellent service!! We made it back to the Outback tonight and had the pleasure of Brittany H. as a server. She was impeccable. From describing the dishes to up-selling to perfect amounts of humor and a bright and shining personality, she was exceptional!

Savannah was our waitress. She was amazing! She was on it with refills on drinks and checking on us. We will definitely be going back soon to see her! Thank you for making our date night perfect.

The hostess, Haleigh, was so sweet. She got us in and seated in a timely manner. Our server, Taryn, was amazing. She was very outgoing and made our night amazing. The bartender, Savannah, was also so sweet, and she made our drinks very fast!

I ordered the steak Sheila and my dinner companion ordered the blooming onion chicken. Both were very delicious. Our server Brian G was personable and helpful. He recommended both dishes for us to try. We had a lovely young lady bringing out our food. Tina was friendly.
Both of our servers were on the job keeping all of our dinning needs fulfilled.

Very great experience! We did not have to wait to be seated. The food came out super quick and it was very fresh!!! We had the best waiter shoutout(Nikki) and we will be back this was the best restaurant experience ever!!!

So, this is a standard chain for steak, burgers and the like. I love the coconut shrimp... Always have. So I'm traveling on my birthday and wanted something a lil indulgent- mac and cheese and shrimps. I was so bummed when I got back to my hotel and there were several issues with my order. Kaycee who was working curbside helped me out- I told her the issues and she came right back with a solution- on my arrival back to the restaurant she had worked out a discount for me also and brought me a drink for while I waited. She took responsibility for her part and apologized. So awesome. I think customer service like this is few and far between. Everything was absolutely better than perfect when they fixed it. Mad props to the staff here 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Brian G. was super helpful suggesting items since been a while since we have been here. He kept checking to make sure everything was good. Our meal was cooked to perfection.
Our “runner” Tina was polite and attentive. She kept our drinks full.

Went to my coworkers favorite restaurant he gets the huge porterhouse and I get the coconut shrimp with a 6 oz sirloin. Always good. Great Service at this location.

After probably 3 times of coming by and having to go elsewhere because it was packed, I finally got a table. Our waiter James was incredible as well as his supporting staff. CJ did a killer job cooking my burger. Best I've had from a restaurant in a WHILE!

The Sheila Filet was outstanding! At our servers suggestion I ordered one temp above what I wanted and the cook was perfect. Thanks Sam and Brandon for excellent service!

We loved our waitress Tina Fransen and her trainer Brian G. They went out of the way to make us feel welcome and did everything possible to accommodate us. The food was wonderful. The steak was best we had. Will be back.
