I brought my Yamaha Custom alto sax in for replacement of a very small cork and routine checkup (the last one was 20 years ago). They replaced the cork and ran the leak light -- the only things that actually needed done. $37. They could've charged me all kinds of money to do all kinds of things, but they only did what was needed. And they were very pleasant and helpful.

Great place for the student, casual, or pro. The do repairs and offer great advice. Competitive prices, and they can get whatever u need if it's not in stock.

My grandson loves to come and check out the latest guitars and the reasonable prices. He likes to hint at his next birthday or Christmas gift. 👍

I had an excellent experience at Fawley’s today. Wonderful customer service. I was looking for a quality used trumpet. The staff person helped me find the exact brand that I was searching for. He pulled it from the back and it turned to be exactly what I had hoped to find.. I was also interested n learning the banjo. He showed me different options and helped me though the extras I wanted. Stayed with me from start to finish answering all of my questions and assisting me to find each item on my list efficiently. Highly recommend.

I have never been to your store before But I have a question. How long has this place been in business. I'm asking because I recently bought a Beatles album that has a sticker of the business on the back of the album and looks old.its a dark reddish/orange type sticker with a price of $3.98 on it.which is the dead giveaway of it being old.i was wondering if the price tag is from the 60's .thanks for your time

The staff at Fawley's is very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. I recently decided to purchase a guitar to learn to play. I am now considering an electric to broaden my music options. Long story short, I just stopped in to make a small purchase and get some information about amplifiers and electrics. Like my first visit, they were very attentive to me and all my questions, and very happy to give me the time to explain what I was trying to accomplish, and they provided me with the different options that would get me going in the direction I was wanting to go with my limited knowledge of instruments and equipment. I really appreciate when people are as helpful as they have been.

My daughter has been going here for over a year for piano lessons and she has learned so much. Friendly people and various lessons are offered.

Very helpful staff. Laid out well with everything easy to find. Reasonable prices and great sound room for trying out that new acoustic guitar. I bought my last Taylor guitar here. I'll definitely go back.

I work here. We are a family run mom and pop music shop. We have a surprisingly large selection of brand name gear. Most big items such as guitars, amps and stage gear is already priced to match big online retailers like Musician's Friend... that is hard to do for a smaller store, but we do our best to stay competitive. We sell fretted instrument strings at the manufacturer suggested retail price, and offer buy one get one free. that breaks down to pretty darn close to the big online retailers.

Most importantly, we strive to offer great customer service. We are reasonable folks, if there is ever a problem with any of our products or services, just come in and talk with us. We want you to be happy.

I recently purchased PA speakers and a mixer to use at my sister's wedding. Ross was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and didn't attempt to sell me anything I didn't want or need. Excellent service and pricing comparable to internet vendors. Highly recommend.

Great music store. I like that they offer affordable used saxophones with a flexible payment option that let's you take home your instrument with just the first months payment. Will definitely be buying an instrument soon!

I had never been before I took my brother there, and I was very impressed by how helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable they were. Even when he needed help in the used section they were still the same as if we were looking at a 2,000 guitar. I would highly recommend taking the time to stop in. It's in the best tradition of local business. They are knowledgeable and they build relationships with their customers. If you want to try out a new instrument, upgrade to the one you've been saving for, get lessons or get plugged in to the local music scene Fawley's is the place. BTW, check out the wall of ukuleles. They sell but it always makes me laugh.

Fawley music has a nice variety of instrument priced from beginner to performance quality. They also have an awesome annual sale around the first or second week of February

They're great people, do excellent service, and for a fairly low price. I took one of my guitars there to get it worked on, and they spent quite a lot of time on it, and charged me $20 + a set of strings. To compare, I took another of my guitars to a shop in Clarksburg and they charged $80 to fix a guitar that required less work. Fawley Music is top notch.

Dealt with Fawley’s over 50 years ago when I was in the band. Bought instruments there and took lessons. Always a great experience. Recently started playing again and went to the Sabraton store. Same great service and fantastic staff!
