It's really good and the staffs are friendly the only slight problem is a lot of the stuff there is very expensive but that's understanding because most of it is like anime merch and stuff so most of the stuff is going to be expensive and if you can find a pre-owned version of a game you should get it because it's better to get the free version because they're just cheaper and they test out the games and all that before they put them outside and they have great services and everything you should go yourself

Diana at this location was absolutely lovely. My son was looking for Pokémon Cards and she went into the back and pulled out the new set a day after it dropped. Amazing service.

I love this particular store. Not only for the game selection but the staff is always friendly and super knowledgeable. They will take the time to speak with you and help you choose something that you will enjoy. I only choose this store because of it.

I have dealt with AJ twice now personally. He is definitely a go to person when I want to visit he goes out of his way to help you and make it about more then just a purchase! Today we went to get a pre ordered game and came across AJ and Jackaline (if I spelt it wrong I am sorry) it went beyond just a pick up they introduced us to new games my husband and myself would have never thought of and had us rolling in laughs with our casual conversation making you feel at home!! 100% recommend going to see them they are a duo team and so happy I was able to have this experience today

I called to see if they had an item I needed for a gift. The sales clerk on the phone was very helpful and courteous. I had to go to 2 of the Summerville GameSpot stores to get the item and those stores were equally as good. Give them some business. This is such a tough time for businesses. They need us to support them if we can, especially if they provide such courteous and helpful service.

The 2 people that were working tonight were very helpful and work well under pressure my experience was very pleasant thank u guys please keep ur energy will definitely be back

This was a quick in and out visit for my child. We had been scouting out a specific style toy she likes from a game she plays. Since we were visiting the area with Family, we came for a visit.

This GameStop is great. Staff in there are friendly and very educated. I’ve had multiple good experiences in this store. Every time I go there I leave happy. I have nothing bad to say about these guys. A+

Even during COVID this store is still able to have customers inside, which is so nice. No matter what others have said about GameStop, THIS location is hands down the cleanest and most organized. Most who complain are people who victimize themselves or have no patience to be on hold when making phone calls. Shout out to the manager who tolerates all of the nonsense that the poor customers and lack of leadership that this store has to deal with.

They're a nice bunch of kids that work there. They're very knowledgeable of the products they sell. My advice is to become a Game Stop member to take full advantage of their offers and promotions. Oh yeah, Game Stop offers exclusive game promos only at their stores.

this place is nice, used to smell very strongly of weed but they got rid of it. good stock & if they don't have an item you need they'll help you with instore pickup or shipping to home.

Went there with my old non-working XBox 360 controller. The sales person asked what he could do for me. I gave him my controller and a few minutes later, it was working. He was friendly, helpful and made the trip to the store well worth it. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic service! Bought a used copy of Shantae for Wii U and was upgraded to a new copy with a soundtrack because they didn't have a used in stock. Treated both my fiancee and I with the utmost respect. My fiancee is often treated condescendingly in game stores by employees even though she's an expert in geek and game culture. Not here though! Wish I caught the employee's name so I could give him the highest of accolades.

The visit to the store was on 7/8/18 around 12:45pm if that helps. As long as this employee is around, I will visit no other Game Stops.

The game that I was looking for was a much higher price at another Gamestop. Thankful to have found it at a lower price and even more thankful that they price matched Amazon which was even cheaper.
